Citibank — Money deducted twice for a single transaction | |
Hi Team, I have made a transaction in amazon and used citibank credit card for payment of electricity bill, however money got deducted twice from the credit card. I called the customer care but there was no response for more than 30 minutes. Please provide the email id to whom i can send an email regarding the issue and have a resolution.
