Dear team, Please check the below my deatils already done transcation for 2 ticket in irctc Wesite. Money got deducted but train ticket not booked for this several complain i made To citi as well as irctc. At the time of taking the citibank credit card it was told that its free and no annual fee will be charged but now they have charged me the annual fee and this was not the information given earlier.

I want to cancel my credit card now but i cant contact the customer care and unable to cancel my card also.
