Citibank — Not receiving call from citibank to Renewal of Good health policy

Dear sirs,
Sub :Anguish and helpness of a senior citizen to renew a health policy
Ref : Good health policy no.[protected]

This is regarding my begging experience with Citi Bank to renew my above referred Good health Policy. On 2nd March, 2022, some one from The New India Assurance Co. Ltd; called me on my mobile no. [protected] and took my confirmation to renew my above referred health policy. He says he is satisfied with the confirmation from my side. I thought the matter ends there and was waiting from Citi Bank to debit my Primium amount for the policy.

However from then onwards I started receiving email from Citi Bank, on the ground of new RBI directions, to contact them for the confirmation to renew my above policy. I was to click the link given in email and used to received OTP on my mobile which I was giving them. This was for varification of my indentity. In turn I am informed that someone from Citi Bank would call me back for my confirmation of my above policy. I regret to inform you sir that since last 20 days, it is a routine of my life to receive OTP from Citi Bank to varify my identity and then to wait for someone to call me back so that I can confirm the renewal of my policy. Now I feel like I am a begger to plead to Citi Bank staff to renew my policy for which I am paying premium in lacs. Your staff is under impression that yours is the only organisation in India who is in the business of health policy.

Please inform me uregently if you are not interested in my clientele so that I can look for other alternative as I can not afford to be without health Insurance cover at my age (71 Yewars).

Now I am awaiting for a prompt reply/action from someone who does not think that Citi Bank is indispensable
