Citibank — Paid full oustanding amount not shown in my card

Hi i am amit shukla having city credit card no is last four digit is 9548.. I paid full outstanding amount in before due date mode payment is neft, with successful ref id iv03017119 through sbi bank amount is 5700 date of payment is 11 august at 11.29 hrs in morning, still not shown in my card, so i make a coplaint to custmer care also,... Complaint also through city costumer care, complaint req no is-3680... Pls do needful, req to avoid any late charges.
