Citibank — regarding renewal of family health insurance | |||
Dear sir, i have written to citi bank and continuous follow up, unfortunately no one responded me fromm citi bank Dear sir, This is for your kind information that, till now my family health insurance policy has not been renewed, though i have sufficient fund in my credit card. Our insurance policy has been expired on 31st march, 2019. Apart from this, one of your staff contacted me several times for increase up to 5lacs of our family health insurance, and till now i have not received any communication from your end. This is very unfortunate and unprofessionalism from your end. I am very concern in this matter, as this premium has tax deduction and already 31st march is over. Please do needful immediately.
