Citibank — regarding ticket refund | |||
I have cancelled my train tickets from irctc on 18th jan 2019 and irctc has confirmed they have refunded amount to razorpay on jan 2018 and razorpay has confirmed they have refunded the amount to bank but in my bank account amount is not credited yet. Details from razorpay Refund `rfnd_bmhgz6u4gkehnn` and the amount of ₹ 2, 370.00 has been successfully refunded from our end on date 21st jan, 2019. Reference number (Arn) : 74110759021012946868901 Details from irctc Transaction id :[protected] Settlementid :[protected] Bank reference transaction id : rfnd_bmhgz6u4gkehnn On calling citibank care multiple times they said they are crediting amount as temporary and upon investigation they will said they are going to debit the amount from my account in next billing cycle.
