Citibank — Transfer payments complaint

I have done transfer funds to another account of axis bank from my account of citibank on 28nov2015 of 25000/-.But the payment transfer was not credited to that account. But that amount was deducted in my account. Iam not received that amount back.How long time that amount that I will be credited back? I have received message back that it was refunded but amount was not credited back on my account.
