Citibank — Unwanted or misleading report in my cibil report about

As on date, I have no credit card.
Once upon a time CITIbank representative came to my Factory for their own interest for giving credit card in which I have applied but I am not getting any card.
Then how it is showing or coming in my CIBIL report.
I think this type of bank should not go to door to door for advertising as it is creates problem to the normal life style of general people like us.
