Dear sir /madam, I have placed an order of three sarees (One red concept saree, one rich blue saree and a white designer saree) during the deal of the day through citizmarket.com. On 15 oct 2017 at 10.20am i received a sms as Your thegridspeglobal shipment withawb number[protected] & order no.61712 is out for delivery. Please keep rs. 1385.79 cash ready. Track your shipment here http://www.delhivery.com/track/package/[protected]. on the same day they delivered the product. After delivery again i received the message from delhivery: your order with tracking id[protected] has been delivered. Please rate us on http://cfb.delhivery.com//wbn=[protected]. They sent low quality bits of cloth. I paid rs. 1385.79 to the agent. After receiving the wrong product i contacted the courier person through phone call. He said he cant do any thing. If needed i will give the delivery boy number. I got this website details from facebook. When i logged in at the first time there are options for typing. After receiving the product inorder to return or complaint there was no space for typing. The company can send the cash through post office as money order. Expecting the above.
