Citizmarket.com — wrong product delivery-payment not received

The same thing has happened to me also.
I have placed an order on citizmarket.com for selfie kurti nv958 & my order number was 18496

In spite of sending the dress, they send me a piece of cloth (Unstitched). They charged me 372 rupees as well. And the piece is very short only 1.5 mt which kurti showed you online that is full shirt with the jacket so i am very sad to shop with you, and even if i am login on their site my email id showing wrong and also password nor recovering, neither am able to login for refund process.

Please ask them to refund my money. The number they have provided on the site is always not reachable.
