I have ordered 2 kurthis from citizmarket website and they delivered me 2 waste polyester clothes of very very poor quality which is not even related to my order. I lost my rs.640. Tried calling and messaging, but no response. I mailed so many times but no response.
Its a clear scam. Don’t know what they are gonna get by cheating everyone and how long it will go like this. Need your help to get my money back......

In spite of sending the dress, they send me a piece of cloth (Unstitched). They charged me 372 rupees as well. And the piece is very short only 1.5 mt which kurti showed you online that is full shirt with the jacket so i am very sad to shop with you, and even if i am login on their site...

I order two kurti online by citizmarket.Com.and they send very rough quality useless clothes. It can not be use as dupatta. I complain it then he asked my mobile no. I gave, than they Again try to cheat by asking atm no nd balance about in my bank account. When i tell him for refund the amount. He try to cheat again. I tried to contact this fraud company by every mean (Call, whatsapp and email) but the company is not responding by any mean.

Pl help to get my money back as the material delivered is not of my...

The company is a fake company gulping people's money. I had ordered for a readymade frock and i received just a piece of cloth of the worst quality. I paid rs. 425 for the product. There is no email id, no customer care number. Mails are not being replied to.

I, sneh lata chuahan ordered a kurti on 2 september 2017 from citizmarket.com and my order number is 17063. I received it today on 7 september 2017 and they sent me any other unstitched low quality of small piece of cloth. They are not receiving any calls and not having option of refund my money or replacement. I want my money back.
