We took the platinum membership in 2014 but never availed a single holiday...later it was banned by SEBI and now my 4lac 60 thousand is stuck ...pls help me in getting it back from the company.

Policy is already matured on 26th February 2016 for which we have not received any credit against maturity. We have also tried to get in touch with our agent but no one has responded to our query.

My mother has invested in this policy and she used pay 1000 per month from 2013 and the maturity of period was in 2017. But after that we got to know that our money stuck and still we have not got any refund from company and agent is also not responding to us. Request you to please do the needful and justice for everyone who had investment in these scheme.

I have submitted all the necessary documents with the procedure on 5th April 2017. Upon submission the company executive assured that the amount I have invested plus the interest will be wire transferred to my account by NEFT, Sir its been more then 5 years now I have not received single rupee from CITRUS CHECK INNS OR ROYAL TWINKLE STAR CLUB LTD.

Awaiting positive reply.

It's not a nice idea for anyone to trust this platform, they only extort from your account and disable everything when you request for withdrawal. I was only lucky enough to get it resolved after which i google search Glowbancircuit Tech who came through for me with a reversal to my account after i watch series of testimonies and reviews from other victims. Please let us all be very careful
