I have invested in this company for my children and myself and its been almost a year now and not got my money back... Pls pls would like to inform you that i am a cancer patient and in need of money for my medical expense... Would someone help me. I would also like to mention i requested other people to invest as well that includes my maid, my watchman and my plumber... They are poor people who need money as well and are harrassing me to get their money back... Pls need urgent help...

I have paid 36, 000/- for this scheme and in return i was assured 42000/- on date of maturity, but till today i have not received any money from Citrus Check Inn / Twinkle, maturity was in July 2016, when i am calling the concerned person they just say that you will get it next month but nothing has happened, they are saying that due to Demonitization the delay has happened, but i told hem that Demonitization happened in November 2016 and my maturity wa sin July 2016, they even spoke in a arrogant way, request to please help me so that i can get all my money...call me on [protected] / [protected]

Inspite of constant reminders to Mrs. Glancy Larsen pimenta, who is the agent for citrus who tried her level best to convince me to join citrus and invest money has been absconding for the last couple of months and is not coming to collect the monthly installment of rupees three thousand due to which the same has defaulted since Oct 2016. Irrespective of such a laid back attitude I sent constant messages with her relatives so that she would contact me and provide me the correct information about the term of the plan and the amount due and due to the mistake of your agent who has failed to collect the cheque on time and has also not provided me the interest amount over the last couple of months.i had issued a cheque to citrus checkinns via your agent glancy pimenta dated 4th Jan, 2017 which glancy pimenta did not deposit until the first week of februrary and for whatever reasons the cheque has not cleared and your agent glancy pimenta has not even bothered to contact me, this is not acceptable since at the time of registration they try to show everything good about the company and now I am not even sure if I am going to get my money back or whether its secured since the person who forced me to invest my money is not contactable and if this prevails I wil be forced to RTI and give it in the newspapers since this looks like a fraud since I don't no any whereabouts about my investments and the agent.pls look into the same at the earliest.

But this is not good company please don't investment your money to this company.
Sebi has given order to stop selling policy because of internal company issue. All my client are submmited there money withdrawal form from this company because all customer of stop trust to this company. But company is not ready to given retune money there saying...

I have purchased Holiday Entitiled certificate No CNG[protected] which is getting mature on 29/11/2019.

Due to urgent fund requirement, I have asked to give my money back. But company officials are not ready to take request before maturity and giving rude answers.

Please help me to get my money back. I urgent requirement of money for Medical expenses.

Since there sister concerned company Twinkle group of company transactions are banned by SEBI I am very uncomfortable about double returns as per discussion with agent Mr. Pawar. Mob. [protected].

I am requesting to close my holiday plan & return my money paid to citrus Rupees 1 Lacs. But no response I m getting from him and he is challenging me to go in police case.

Can you please help to get my total money back.

I got conned at the hands of sales team of Citrus way back in 2015. I was asked to go for a membership for 15 years for which I paid 39000 as down payment. On receiving the welcome kit, I realised that the promises made to me were different from the reality & I instantly applied for a refund. I paid this amount on 28th Feb 2015 & raised complaint on 30th March 2015 but I am being denied refund on grounds of 15 days free look-in period. I am in deep pain & agony on being fooled by Citrus & is now also being harrassed by the customer care of Citrus Check Inns. In nutshell - I paid 39000 to Citrus Check Inn for which I have not been able to realize & use any benefits so far. Did I pay his hard earned money to be conned by some sales frauds ? I used to pay monthly premium of Rs. 1000 per month. In September 2014, i had asked them to do hotel bookings in Kerala. After reaching the hotel, i was told no rooms are booked on my behalf. At end moment, i booked room in another hotel. After i came back to Mumbai a week later, Citrus told me that they had booked room.

I had paid Rs. 24000 premium in total. For no reason they deducted Rs. 15000 from this amount saying its hotel charges (which was never booked).

Respected Sir / Madam, I am having Investment with Royal Twinkle star club and Citrus Check Inns Ltd. Please find my Certificate number and other details: Certificate No.ERM[protected] Plan Holder Name : Jitendra N. Gor The maturity date for above said Certificate number is 10/02/2015 and today it is 08/05/2015, I have still not received the maturity amount. Do it take 3 months to do the fund transfer or to dispatch a cheque to the customer place? And the most important part is company is not even informing the customer regarding the payouts. Even after calling many times to the HO, no replies and no any confirmation is there from company. Just giving the date and date and date.
