In this policy, i have invested 4 lakh rupees in monthly income scheme my age is 67 this money i got in my retirement now i need money for day to day expenses in this age where i go for earn this money is my last hope.

Since last 10 month, i'm not getting my monthly income
Please help me i'm totally fade up when i'm talked to my agent regarding this he is not responding and avoiding me every time on the phone he told me "jo karna hai kar le paise nahi milne wale"

Myself, mrs. Rajashree pradeep gadgil, age 64, resident of pune, would like to complain against, royal twinkle star club ltd and citrus chek inns ltd of mr omprakash basantlal goenka, chairman and managing director with other 3 directors, who had accepted deposits from public, as a holiday entitlement plans/future holiday plans, through a network marketing system, for varied deposit schemes, from 3 years period to 9 years maturity period plans. Myself mrs rajashree pradeep gadgil and my husband mr pradeep gadgil have downline marketing team is of 350 business associates with 600 and plus members and my upwards marketing team is of 24 chief marketing advisors (Senior leaders) with name adarsh unit, i started my business activity in 2009 and so far mobilised holiday plan deposits, through my team, is above rs.5.50 cr. From april 2015, companies financial position was shattered and matured plan deposits were not paid back. We used to get verbal and written committments from mr. Goenka o. B. For paying back our hard earned monies. But nothing has been done for the past 2.5 years.

Maine citrus check inns me monthly installment rs.1500 pay ker raha tha as a investment. On 22 nd sept 2017 ko mere agent suddenly call kerke bolta hai ki apka policy matured ho gaya hai app cancelled check and original document lekar aa jai. Tabhi mujhe doubt hua k mera policy mature kaise ho gaya who to 2018 me mature hone wala tha. Phir maine mere dosto aur online ke jariye pata chala ki uss company ko sebi ne sabhi investor ko paise return...

I have invested rs. 10, 000/- permonth for 3years. From 14.4.13 to 14.4.16 the due date was 14.4.16 and date of settlement was 13/8/16. Till today i have not received my due payment. I am retired person. I needed money, as my mother is ill and required money urgently.

I completed the procedure on 25/10/2016. But company is ot refunding a single penny to me. Their representatives are not picking up my calls and also not giving proper information about status of policy to me.
Please help. Pl. Return my money.

I have invested in Citrus Check Inns Jewel Family -M Plan for period of 6yrs but the company has not paid me refund also the phone lines of Mumbai office are non-functional and also my agent is also not answering my calls.

I was a member of group & i was investing money for one of the policy in this group. I have handover this policy on 20th october 2015, but unfortunately till date nothing received. Again dt 20th january 2017 i have submitted bank details for online payments i was told that within 45 days ammount will be transferred to account but till date nothing received. Now they are telling that ammount will be deducted from u r balance and remaining will be refunded.
If they would have given refund within 45 days from 20th october 2015 then i would have accepted, but now its more than 20 months i would like to get full amount as which is showing on my account.

I have invested in citrus in various plans and the amount was invested for my daughters study purpose. I have already submitted the discharge form at pune office in oct 16. Now we need the money for college fees. Can i know when is the disbursement starting. We have been following up with pune office.

I had invested good amount for my brothers future but they have not refund a penny yet. My brothers future is in dark right now and if it gets worst, it because of citrus. They are fraud and just delaying the process giving various # reasons. Need a reply for this from company owner or else strict action will be taken.
They are just wasting my time and giving false hopes for the refund. Its been 2 years now and i had invested for 3 years hoping for a good refund. But this company is collecting fund from all over india and god knows where are they investing.

I have heard that the company is not responding to investors who have invested in this citrus check inns. Maturity value is kept on hold.

As i have a plan name of citrus check inns ltd by name jewel-mini-q of 6 years. Certificate no is : jmq[protected] dated: 01/06/2012.

As the agent has told us to submit the original certificate before september 2017 to citrus office as per the order issued by citrus company.

I request the concern person to help us out from this fraud company and get back our hard earned money

Respected sir/madam,

I would like to bring you into account about the fraudulent behavior done by this company. After the charges pressed by sebi on this fraudulent company they provided us with their discharge forms in a way to keep down consumers anger.
When my dad went to submit the discharge forms with all the certificates and documents there was no on there in the office. The office was shutdown like there wasn't any company named citrius check-inns. There was no notice of last date of submission.

Please suggest as to what should be done.

I was investing in citrus check inns ltd in my sons name (Margao goa branch) an amount of rs.1000/-. And the maturity was on 29/03/2017 so till today 11/07/2017 i dint received any cash transfer in my bank account as all the necessary bank details are submited to the office and the citrus agent is telling it will take another 3-4 months.

This is my hard earned money and i am in need of cash. Even i told the agent about the same but he is not able to answer the exact time when the money will be paid by the company.

Its a request to the citrus check inns to return our money which they collect from us with the promised maturity value (With interest).

Citrus check inns ltd, (A group of royal twinkle star club ltd.) had cheating with me.
After completion of maturity date still not refund my payment. I take a 5 years plan from citrus check inns ltd. My holiday plans maturity date 7 aug 2016. I submit all the required paper but still i had not received my chacqe. Agent give me every time new date and not pick up phone. My name is heena desai and i had invested in saph nano m plan with citrus checkins for a period of 3 years. My plan expired on 8/7/2016 and since then i have been chasing the agents - mohan and jitu satope, but neither of them are replying (Mohan has switched off his phone while jitu does not reply properly). I am yet to be told by when i will receive my funds even though these have been outstanding since last 10 months. I am single mom and currently require these funds for my daughters education however the people at citrus do not provide us with a conclusive reply. I am always told that i will receive my funds soon however i am yet to receive it.

I have invested in this company for my children and myself and its been almost a year now and not got my money back... Pls pls would like to inform you that i am a cancer patient and in need of money for my medical expense... Would someone help me. I would also like to mention i requested other people to invest as well that includes my maid, my watchman and my plumber... They are poor people who need money as well and are harrassing me to get their money back... Pls need urgent help...
