[Resolved]  Citrus — Payment failed but amount debited

I used citrus payment to pay for my hp gas booking. The amount was 597, the amount got debited but it's showing transaction failed. I want my refund back or i am going to file a complaint against this company for sure. I have read all the complaints and all of the others also have the same problem. I want my money refunded asap
