      I paid the amount of Rs.214/- (Rupees two hundred and fourteen only) on dt.23.11.20 through Airtel Bank Account from bank account for electricity bill payment. Till today my electricity bill is not paid but amount was deducted from bank account. I am below mentioned transaction id and other details as per my bank statement for your reference.

        I used citrus payment to pay for my hp gas booking. The amount was 597, the amount got debited but it's showing transaction failed. I want my refund back or i am going to file a complaint against this company for sure. I have read all the complaints and all of the others also have the same problem. I want my money refunded asap

          We are from mumbai and have made online payment towards gas cylinder supply fromninad gas services bandra east mumbai. The amount paid was 601.71- as against actual bill amount of 594/-. However the agency has not received the online payment and we have had to pay them again. We have paid through paytm and the payment routed through citrus pushpam. Since the payment has not gone to mind gas agency we request for a refund of this amount as we have paid twice. Please let us know what other details you require from us. Payment was made on 09/07/2020

            My name is vikas mehta and today i got 3 sms about trasaction trasfer done from my account through your app. Sombody has used my account detail to trasfer cash. I have personaly not done this 3 tranfee of 10 000 done. I have blocked my card abut this 3 trasfer is done i want to know who did this transactions n where is being trasfered i can come peraonaly to your mumbai office with all details n want you to help me find out the solufion i think its fraud done with d help of your app

              Today (01/06/2019) i got a fraud call from somebody that they are from sbi and ask me my atm number, mobile number. They send an otp to my mobile number, i accidentally give the otp number and share all my details with them. After sometime when i check my account, they have stolen my 45000 rs in the name of citrus pay kotak. I have already complaint to the sbi and cyber police. I will share their message screenshot below, : please try to check this and refund me the amount to my account,

              Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions.  Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means.  Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

              In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

                      My name is pankaj kumar. I have made 4 transactions through citrus so i got rs. 44500 money from citrus side. So they called me to pay back their money and i said you can debit money from my account as they credited.

                      So they put the money on hold. But now rs. 44500 money is in hold from my account because of you.
                      So total hold amount is 89000.

                      Rs.44000 belongs to some firm citrus, and rest of the money 44500 is mine which is on hold.

                      4 transactions was made on 5th dec 2017.
