I tride to submitted my exam form of rgpv on 20/01/2021. payment via citrus rupey debit card of -1850 it shows CM90004-Duplicate Record and the rs - 1850 was deducted from my account...

I paid the amount of Rs.214/- (Rupees two hundred and fourteen only) on dt.23.11.20 through Airtel Bank Account from bank account for electricity bill payment. Till today my electricity bill is not paid but amount was deducted from bank account. I am below mentioned transaction id and other details as per my bank statement for your reference.

My name is pankaj kumar. I have made 4 transactions through citrus so i got rs. 44500 money from citrus side. So they called me to pay back their money and i said you can debit money from my account as they credited.

So they put the money on hold. But now rs. 44500 money is in hold from my account because of you.
So total hold amount is 89000.
