[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — 1000 rs debited from my hdfc account but not credited to my kotak mahindra 811 account | |
I opened kotak mahindra 811 account and after my kyc i got a message from bank like below. Dear shivakumarachari p, go to http://t.payu.in/0wMIry to deposit money and complete the account opening process. Then i clicked on that link and made a payment of 1000 rs using my hdfc debit card. Money got deducted from my bank and i got messages like below Alert:you've spent rs.1000.00 via debit card xx8158 at kotak1194565 on[protected]:10:10:52. Avl bal rs.25.13. Not you? Call [protected]. After that i checked my 811 savings account but it is showing balance as zero.
