[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — cyber fraud

Thank you for using your sbi debit card 510xx4785 for a purchase worth rs19999.0 on pos spicesafar11418 at citruspay spicesafar txn# 296347.
I would like to bring to your knowledge a cyber fraud done with my sbi account*515. Atm-[protected]. Amount of 19, 999has been deducted from my account for the purchase mention above at the same time. I request you to look into the matter and cancel the transaction.

I tried to pay money to corbett national park website several times. Out of some 15 transaction, my 6 7 transactions got failed. But money got deducted from my bank a/c.

I was paid my water bill through citrus pay . Payment was made but bill was still unpaid.
My bank balance is deducted so please refund my money in my bank account. And screen shot of payment is attached in attachment
