I'm t. Bhadrarao, kakinada, east godavari district, a. P., state. I would like to give a complaint regarding the online payment transaction for hp gas booking.

I was book the hp gas cylinder on[protected], at 11.44 hrs,, with hpgas bkngno. 526992 con 18900 bkng clrd 20. Feb..2019 sri agency gas i'd otp. 3105 http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypa//h//[protected]. pay for refill

I paid the amount rs.697.12 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it. If this is the case i will never dare to do online payment.

I hope my problem will solve very shortly in your special care.

    Hi team.

    On jan 11, 2019, i booked a gas refill and got a message with the link to pay online for the booked cylinder.

    I did the payment online thru citrus pay using my upi app phone pay. Amount got deducted and the transaction was successful.

    But gas agency said they did not receive the payment and they have collected payment in cash from me.

    Later on, i kept calling them and checking the status of my payment. They said they have not received any amount for the give transaction details.

    I am attaching the screenshots for your reference.

I trust that man name h a sharma and gave my old debit card no after that i realised that 17000/- has been transferred to[protected]citruspay spicesarar account. Pls help me i need my money.       This shouldn't be happening. Please note that all transactions processed through Citrus payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus payment gateway will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.
      In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the dispute process.

        I have cross checked with the Axis bank. They are saying from Bank side there is no problem and they have shared the transaction reference number "[protected]".

        This is something to do with Citrus team.

              We have not received the citrus refund which we had invested in 2012 for six years. When they are refunding? Their agents have collected our bonds and not given any assurance. We have not received our money still now. We have filed the case against the citrus check inns regarding showing no interest in payment of our funds. We want to immediate action as chit fund scam is going on in west bengal. We have to check if chit fund scam is connected to citrus check inns immediately. Why citrus check inns is delaying our payments. We want cbi enquiry immediately. We want to check if any police or political leader is involved in it. Its poor people's hard earned money to be released immediately.

                rs.662.32 for the gas on the link sent with the message which was paymantra. I was still charged by the gas station saying that if is paid online they have got no information so i had to pay him in gas. I did not even get the refund of the amount nor the gas. The gas station people checked for the transaction online in their system which does not eben show any transaction made online by me.
                I am attaching the picture of the transaction confirmation and also the pictures of the online hp site and the receipt i got tor the paymantra in cash.

                                  I booked a gas on 01/01/2019, after booking completion, i received a message in my mobile no. - [protected], which was"hpgas bkngno 538956 con 604491 bkng clrd 29. Dec.2018 janata consumer otp 4923 http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] to pay for refill". Then i paid rs. 715.93/-, against that booking. Transaction id no. - [protected], date-01/01/2019, time - 6:32:36 pm. But, at the time of delivery our distributor told me, there was nothing any payment. They does not received any payment regarding my booking. But, i have already done that payment. Then distributor force me to give another payment. I also paid that money. So, i paid twice the money against one cylinder booking. I also lodged complain regarding that issue on hp gas customer care (Complaint no.[protected] & online sbi customer care (Ticket no. - [protected]) also. Kindly follow this matter at earliest.
