Dear. Sir/Mam,

I had loaded some Rs in my citrus pay through Rdlr app, same amt has been deducted from my bank account but it is not reflected in citrus wallet.
As I complain about the same, they told wait for 24 hrs.
But still issue not resolved after 4 days. Please look into this as there is no support from Rdlr team.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
