[Resolved] Citrus Payment Solutions — hp gas payment failure | |||
I was made online payment of my hp gas consumer no 624281 on 28th november 2018, refill charges rs.978.52 through the link http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] from my sbi internet banking. Payment was failed but the amount rs. 978.52 was debited from my sbi account. I raised a complaint to sbi and they are telling it was credited to merchant and till date it was not credited back in my account. I got gas by paying money to the delivery boy.
