In my payments mp online, through citrus payment, 375/- payment on date 15/06/2018 and same amount 375/- on 19/06/2018, whose payment was not successful and money was cut off from the account but till now that payment not dilivered to second party, not returned to me & amount not refunded my account

Dear Sir
i booked bus ticket essar through citrus web on[protected] its debited 2 times. 1st time i getting error but money debited so i have do more time i getting ticket. but amount not credited on my account. the banker said problem is citrus side. so please refound my money. and replay me.
