      I tried to fund my kotak 811 account using a united bank of india debit card (rupay) on 19th june around 2:09 p.m. but despite the amount being debited from the united bank account it has not yet been credited into my kotak 811 account.
      I landed on the transaction confirmation page by citrus wallet before being redirected to kotak 811 homepage.
      I contacted kotak 811 customer care but was left unconvinced that the amount will will credited.

      I made a payment of my college fees through vijaya banks feehive the page further directed to citrus pay .It was a debit card transaction.As per the mail by Citruspay the payment was successful and even the amount has been debited. But the required bank hasn't received.
      Hence my college fee so shows unpaid.

          Today I had done payment twice for paying online payment for admission form but in both transactions money has been deducted from bank and while redirecting to main page suddenly error got occurred and payment is unsuccessful but money has been deducted kindly help asap..

            Here I am complaining about the Airtel WIFI bill i have paid on 11th June of Rs 824 for the month of May 2018 via this site. The Status was showing success but after that i have received the message from Airtel customer care regarding the failed payment, also the bill payment status is showing pending at Airtel site. I am confused now that whether the payment is done or not, if not when will i get my refund in account?

                We made a payment of rs.1239 on[protected] towards our monthly bill for act fibernet. While our bank account has been debited of the amount, the act fibernet page does not reflect the receipt of the same. We'd like to know when the amount will either be refunded to us or paid to act and how many working days it is going to take for this to happen? We hope you know that this is entirely unacceptable because the hitch occurred while making payment through your payment gateway. If the money has not been paid to act then we'd like a complete refund!

                  Dear sir,
                  Internet payment through icici bank, dewas, m. P. A/c is made for airtel postpaid no. [protected] for inr 789.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee citrus payment solution from miner account xxxxxxxx0805 on jun, 11, 2018 at 12:13 hours. Still the payment is not made to airtel and transaction also failed as intimated by airtel. Either refund or credit to destined billing to be immedaitely confirmed.

                          I made a transaction to my digital tv. My amount has been deducted from my wallet but the amount has not yet been transferred to my wallet. I just don't understand what is the problem. And even the ui is so worse that it doesn't enables the user to enter the query. My digital tv is getting expired today. So i request u to kindly process my transaction as soon as possible before end of the day today.
                          Earlier also i made so many transactions this didn't happened and even if it happened the money was transferred back within minutes.

                            Respected Sir/Mam,

                            I am Bhargav Pujara, writing you this Complaint regarding fraud transaction that done through your application.

                            On 4th June, 2018 at 1:15 pm, I received a call from [protected] number. He already knows my all Bank and Debit card details. Through that, he did 7 Fraud Transaction and Transfer around Rs. 79, 780 from my HDFC Account.

                            I register complaint regarding this Issue to Satellite Police Station - Ahmedabad, Cyber Crime Cell, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad and HDFC Bank - Mumbai.

                            Please take necessary action and solve this matter ASAP. I also discuss this matter with DGP and Police Commissioner Ahmedabad. This is not a single case with me, many cases already register on Cyber Crime Cell, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad.

                            I share you basic details of my HDFC debit card number are given below...

                            Please note that all transactions processed through Citrus payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and Citrus will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                            In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued your Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you in the further process.

                              The booking is done by sbi credit card of nitin kumar on 4th june 2018 (Picture attached) for amount of inr 5730.44/-
                              The amount is deducted from card and not received by merchant since my online room booking did not take place. I urgently need the money back in my card.

                                  I've deposited 2000 rupees (Transaction id inv36a1a0784a71) in mu kotak account after completing the full kyc through the link i've got from kotak mahindra bank and money is deducted from other bank but i didn't get confirmation from kotak bank.                                       My name is pankaj kumar. I have made 4 transactions through citrus so i got rs. 44500 money from your side. So you called me to pay back your money and i said you can debit money from my account as they credited.

                                      So you put the money on hold. But now rs. 44500 money is in hold from my account because of you.
                                      So total hold amount is 89000.

                                      Rs.44000 belongs to some firm citrus (You), and rest of the money 44500 is mine which is on hold.

                                      Kindly release all the money so that citrus and me can do our needful.
