[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — payment failure for hp gas

Hi,

I have payed rs. 807 using googlepay to hpgas for refill.
Amount debited to citrus but not credited to hpgas. Can you please revert that amount back to my googlepay account.

I paid Hyderabad property tax via Google pay into Citrus payment. In Google pay it is showing as successfully paid to Citrus payments.But in Hyderabad property tax status the amount is not showing.

As checked this transaction has failed under citrus Citrus Txn Id OL5307069086715405041 and Merchant Txn IdC120994218820200323201213. We have not received any funds for the same. Please share the updated bank statement with the transaction details for further assistance.
