[Resolved]  Citrus Payment Solutions — Zara Payment Order

Hey Citrus,

First of all i would like to start with i have read a lot of threads regarding how people have to pay twice at Zara because at first payment you guess tend to tell that the payment has declined and deduct the money. and then the second payment always go through.
This has been quite a pattern for sometime.

This happened with me recently as well. So i went online and did a little research about why are your so many first transactions failing with so many people.

and how are people being juggled between zara support and well you dont have point of contact, so you can basically take money from anyone and their would be no way to contact you.

This is another day light scam thats going on. Good thing is that i work for a well to do media. And i will make sure this come out infront of anyone. I know i will get my money back any how, from you guys or bank or zara. i will get the money back. But i am gonna make you guys get exposed.

i am attaching Screen shot of both my transactions. and now you will talk all the blah blah that you guys are just transaction portal blah blah and zara is the main approval. But you guys are tending to keep some of the transaction to yourself in the name of zara and pretending like zara is the bad person here.

Next thing you will do is respond to this complaint saying yes the transaction is legit. both the transactions are legit. but why did the transaction show failed status at zara? you guys tell the status of transaction to zara. You guys tell them transaction didnt go through but you still deduct money. or this is another way to keep to money with you for 14 days and use that money in the market to gain personal interests and then return it to people. lets see.

i have paid twice for the same order number N [protected]. first you guys showed the transaction as failed but money got deducted. so i had to pay again. so basically you took money twice from me. i want you guys to reverse one of the transactions and give me my money back. If no response given or my money is not returned. Expect a complaint against Amrish Rau and Jitendra Gupta very soon. and trust there are alot of people out there who really dont like you guys. for now i am tweeting to income tax department and about this so that they can now if this not another scam to gain money and invest it in market for some days and gain interest on shares. you are welcome.

UPI[protected] has been successfully captured at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end. Thanks!
