I placed an order on zara india online on 23rd december and had opted for payment via upi.
I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
I did the transaction and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
So the order from their side is pending.
I haven’t been initiated a refund.

Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

Zara canceled the order for non payment and money was debited from my account.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest and refund my money back.

    I have paid ₹3980 to Zara for an online order via UPI. But it has not been placed although my account has been debited. On the app it showed the payment was unsuccessful. Please check and ensure the money is credited back into my account.

      Hi,

      I made payment for Zara order on 20 Dec via UPI. The payment was successful however on the application order was not placed and is showing under pending payment. Please look into this matter. Either refund the amount or add it to the order.

        I am sameer temkar I order from zara on 26th November and I returned my order on 2nd December and zara mail me that your refund is proceed but now it's more than 15 days I still didn't received any refund and I also check with my bank there no refunds in my account . Below I attach my transaction screen shot and refund mail screen shot . Please look in to this matter . And solve my problem as soon as possible .

        Yes but I didn't received any refund still it's more than 16 days . This is so inconvenient I want my refund as soon as possible I check with my bank and also with upi app which is phonepay they didn't received any refund so it's issue from your side so look into this matter as soon as possible.

          I have done payment for my kids school fee. The payment has been deducted by citrus from my hdfc account.but as the internet crashes...amount is not deposited in school fees.The payment has been dedcuted on 15th december .when shall it will be refunded.

              • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
              • Transaction date along with the amount.

              • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.

                    I paid amount from my hdfc account to my University for some forms...and saw the amount withdrawal from account but I haven't got any debit message and neither did receiver received the amount...this is highly unprofessional and torturous thing...

                        I placed an order on the zara app and for the payment it directed me to citrus app for upi payment. I made a payment of Rs. 1790 via the citrus app, but the payment got deducted from My Kotak account and on the Zara app it reflected nothing at all..attached the deducted amount with the reference number.

                        Kindly refund my money asap...

                        Zara needs to relook into this issue and change the payment gateway partner asap with such numerous issues showing up.

                          I have paid nashik municipal corporation property tax online from website property tax nmctax.in for index no.43106486
                          for rs.1865/- using sbi card on 11th Dec 2020 through nmc property tax website (Citrus payment solutions).
                          The amount of rs.1865.00 was debited from my sbi account (Pooja Raju Devkar)
                          This payment is not reflecting on the said property tax website i. E. Nmctax.in. I would like to know the status of the payment made towards the property tax of rs.1865.00
                          You are requested to look into the matter and solve the problem, and help me to recover the payment from the citrus payment company.

                            Citrus payment solutions I’m expecting a refund of the transaction which you deducted money but didn’t send it to Zara. I’m well aware of your scam and I’m notifing you in advance that the issue has been notified to the higher officials in the income tax department. If I don’t get my money refunded to me by the earliest you will face the worst consequences I’m telling you. Don’t you mess with me. I have attached all the necessary details needed for the transaction so refund me at the earliest.
                            I’m posting this again because I haven’t been refunded yet and my order on Zara has been cancelled because the transaction was failed as the money was credited to you but not to Zara. I have attached all the necessary information needed for the refund. I have mailed you but no respond and as there is no number to contact you I’m requesting you to pay heed to my complaint. Please refund my amount.

                              I tried ordering 2 articles from ZARA app
                              From my phone amounting to rs .7580
                              Using Google pay upi .
                              My transaction on Google pay to citrus payment solutions was completed
                              But my order was not confirmed, I waited for it to get completed but it got canceled later .
                              I was expecting the amount to be reflected back in my account the same day but it didn’t happen
                              I m expecting my amount reflected back soon as no order was placed
