We are from mumbai and have made online payment towards gas cylinder supply fromninad gas services bandra east mumbai. The amount paid was 601.71- as against actual bill amount of 594/-. However the agency has not received the online payment and we have had to pay them again. We have paid through paytm and the payment routed through citrus pushpam. Since the payment has not gone to mind gas agency we request for a refund of this amount as we have paid twice. Please let us know what other details you require from us.
