Citrus — releasing the hold money

Hello,

My name is pankaj kumar. I have made 4 transactions through citrus so i got rs. 44500 money from citrus side. So they called me to pay back their money and i said you can debit money from my account as they credited.

So they put the money on hold. But now rs. 44500 money is in hold from my account because of you.
So total hold amount is 89000.

Rs.44000 belongs to some firm citrus, and rest of the money 44500 is mine which is on hold.

4 transactions was made on 5th dec 2017.

Now i am stuck between citrus and kotak mahindra bank. Bank is saying they put the money on hold as asking by citrus (Icici) and there is no updates from citrus.

I already said please release all the money so citrus can get his money and me also. But there is no luck
