We are facing problem because of no water supply in our area Navade Phase II since last 6 Days. We request you, that kindly solve the issue on urgent basis

My house has started leakage from ceiling and walls . i have called up cidco & shirke supervisor but no responce. Kindly look into the matter.

Muskaan Corner Taloja, builder completed 90%work & stopped work.
Owners got together completed the work and started living in said building without oc since 2018.society registration done.earlier due to corona lockdown oc was not applied.now society is starting application for oc.
But cidco is asking to vacate the building for oc process.else pay 2 crore to get it done with out vacating.
Most of the residence don't have other place to go.due to last 2 year lockdown we are in no condition to pay the hefty amount.pls help has get oc done with minimal financial burden

Dear Sir,

I am residing at Kamothe Sector 21 plot 176 since last 8 years. We are facing major issue in kamothe now days of street Dogs which not only increase in numbers but also staying in groups which is creating havoc among resident in Kamothe. These dogs follow the running Scooters / Bikes / Cars/ School Childers bicycle etc. which may amount to major accident. As per our observations these dogs are majorly group near meat shops or some hotels where they get ample of foods on daily basis. Nevertheless you can see numbers of dogs in sub-way of Khandeshwar Station around 15 to 20 dogs which create trauma among train commuters specifically during late night or early morning.

As resident of the Kamothe on behalf of 2.5 lacs people of kamothe and as members of Nirbhay Forum Kamothe its our humble request to look into the below issue before its mob attack by street dogs on elderly / children’s, thus your earlier action is highly appreciated.

I am staying in L11, Asavari CHS, sector 27, , Phase 2, Taloja.
We are experiencing extreme shortage of water from last couple of days.
We have discussed with Mr. Bhamare who is the IN charge of water circulation in our society and he mentioned that currently there is shortage of water from Cidco/NMMC. We are getting around 7-8 tankers only from Cidco which is not serving the need. We are facing lot of issues, the water is not comming even for 1 hr on daily basis.
I have discussed with Mr. Sarode from Cidco water supply engineer. They are sending 7-8 tankers but the requirement is for 15-20 tankers.
Kindly look into this and resolve the water shortage issues on priority.

I would like to draw your attention to the irregular supply of water in our building. There is no sufficient amount of water provided to our building whereas the neighboring buildings have a proper water supply. This issue of irregular water supply is going on for more than 1 year. Sometimes the water is not at all supplied and while other times it is supplied for a very short time.

Please do the needfuk, water is basic right of individual and need, building name sector 2 taloja, Raigad Navi mumbai...don't receive any water. We are surviving on tanker that too we don't get it on time.

We have paid development charge for cidco, took flat over here and there is not any basic need fulfilled plzz do needful... Whole taloja area is facing a problem of water... Here residents are facing trouble for basic needs and cidco spending our money on metro since years without fulfilling priority needs.. Plz it's a request to resolve this matter.

I was allotted a flat in Taloja in CIDCOs covid warrior scheme. i have surrendered my flat but have no idea as to when and how i will get a refund of my booking amount.
the phone numbers provided are not attended ever. 2 complaints registered by me on their website since Dec 2021 have nott been registered or addressed....

I am the resident of Sector 15 Ulwe near Kharkopar Station, I would like to draw your attention to the irregular water supply in my sector. Also issues like Road cant be ignored. I admire your work in other sectors. In my sector water comes in alternate days. Storing water for 2 days is impossible. Soon the monsoon will be here, roads have their different story in Sector 15.
There are Total 14/15 buildings and total of 1200 residents living here. I hope they are also facing same issues since the possession. Sector 16 beside us is well maintained and round 50 meter away sector 15 has no roads no water supply. How Cidco even give OC to all these buildings without proper enquiry. Builders sale flats and don't even look back after possession. I hope Cidco will come up with proper roads and proper water supply.

We had complained to nmmc about threat to life due to weed and fallen trees that are not cleared due to which the mulch has become home to snakes and rats a threat to lives of kids and family alike--- however nmmc says they can't do anything since land belongs to Cidco and asked us to take up with cidco. The area is wild plot opp to Qilla height society CTS 95 at the beginning of lane to Cidco guest house. Belapur

On 15/3/2022 i paid my water bill with my credit card, i entered the OTP and the site had a crash and it was showing that this site https://cidco.maharashtra.gov.in/) is not available from my card RS 7411.49 was debited and yet in the receipt section it did not show any transaction of bill DEC/JAN2022 costumer id[protected]

I am a resident of Gunashree Co. Op Hsg. Society, Plot No. 130, Block G, Raghunath Road, Sector 13, Kharghar- 420210
There is no water supply from CIDCO through pipes which is provided by the Builder, we are receiving the water through water tankers
The quantum of water supplied by the water tanker is a very less and acute shortage of water in our society as the supply of water is merely for 15 minutes
Hence requested to supply the water through the pipe and adequate supply

I have bought a inventory in marathon nexzone panvel in the month of January 2021. The builder informed that the construction will be completed and occupancy certificate will be received by sept 2021. However, it has been 6 months after the deadline commited, still have not received OC. This has lead to mental stress and monetary loss in form of loan interest and rent please take up with builder to resolve the issue.

i am vishal patil living in Karanjade Sec -4 (Panvel) .From the last 1 month, 131 & 132 plot society's are facing water logging issue and due to that, all civilians are in trouble because the water came on the street also mosquitos infection increases. I request you please ask your team to resolve this issue on high priority

My father had applied for cidco lottery in 2019 for the MASS housing scheme.
I had won the lottery but due to discepancy my application has been rejected.
I do not want the house.
I want refund of the deposit amount.

There is no proper customer care service to communicate to. Toll free number[protected] is either never available or the customer care representatives cut the call.

There are similar complaints for November 2019 lottery refund.
Please request CIDCO to initiate the refunds.

Refund for previous lotteries is not processed yet there are new lotteries emerging.
10, 000/25, 000 is a huge amount for commoners.
I hope CIDCO will solve these issues as soon as possible.

I am the resident of the above mentioned society for last 35 yrs, and this society composed of 21 buildings on plot no 18 which were built by Cidco and the flats were alloted to the residents on ownership basis by executing deed of declaration with individual owners by forming apartment ownership association, which were later converted to cooperative hsg society in the 2018 by cancelling this deed of declaration by the consent of majority of the apartment owner
The purpose of this conversion was to undergo these buildings to redevelopment which were declared as dilapidated by NMMC a planning organisation
Sir, CIDCO Town Manager service Mts 1 and Mts 3 has issued an NOC in the year 2017 for the period of 1 year (Copy attached herewith) to the said society for the re development of these buildings with 22 conditions to be fulfilled prior to start of the re development, this NOC is been extended every year till date and the existing term of this NOC will expire in April 2022
Sir, Here i will like to mention that in the recent NOC issued by CIDCO still mentions that the conditions mentioned in the NOC remains unchanged which indicates the conditions are yet to be fulfilled .
Sir, in this respect i have made many communications to the Manager town services which has issued NOC to find out if the conditions are been fulfilled but till today my mails, letters remains unanswered and when met to the concerns it is answered that the dept is not monitoring the conditions laid in the NOC .
Sir it is very surprising to learn that the authority issuing the NOC doesn't take the responsibility of monitoring the conditions mentioned in the NOC
Sir CIDCO being the lessor of this land has its primary duty to see whether the title of this land is cleared before demolishing of the buildings, sir there are many cases where the said flats in the buildings are mortgaged with bank and some financial institutions and the litigations are pending with Hon Bombay High court, Civil court
Sir I have enquired about the fulfillment of the conditions stated in the NOC but no dept nor the officer has addressed my quieres hence atleast I have to approach you with the complaint against the concerns and requesting you to give necessary directions to the concerns to strictly monitor all the conditions laid in the NOC issued for redevelopment and not to permit the further process without fulfilling the said terms

we are stay near by river and we have observed some drunk people taking advantage of darkness, privacy issue also feel by family's, you need to pay attention and repair or replace by new one
