I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments cropping up at CIDCO Property on plot no. 233, sector 17, Ulwe.
These people are developing illegal's ground for cricket. and now they have held functions like cricket tournament and volleyball tournament.
they are creating very severe noise pollution also with loud speakers.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and Order can be maintained in agood society developed by CIDCO.

I am the chairman of Heena Height CHS Ltd and I am writing this on behalf of all the residents of our society.

We are facing water issues since one month. Water goes off very early. Also the amount of pressure is also less. From last 8 days we didn't get a single drop of water.
We have to depend on private tankers for drinking water supply. The quality of water we get from tankers is not good .

Request you to please look into the issue as there are children and senior citizens who are the victims for less water supply.

Please look into this issue at earliest.

Its been a year since my aunt expired and the high court has given us succession certificate for the same.
but office staff at CIDCO (Khoparkhairne - branch) refuses to help or process our application for transfer of property ownership.
its been a month that we are going to this branch office asking an audience with the officials but the guard and officials both ignore us and point towards all the agents standing outside.
both o[censored]s are senior citizen and the lady officer who refuses to even tell us her name has been very rude to us for the past month.
its been 30 days that we are visiting CIDCO Khoparkhairne branch office and till date they have not even spoken to us.
Is this how senior citizen are treated in CIDCO offices, we are already in grieve and the officers cant even tell us what is required.
And i fail to understand that how can CIDCO deny the HIGH Court's order of succession.

I dont know whether logging a complaint will even get a response since the inhuman treatment of CIDCO office has taught me otherwise.
If the complaint system works i request you to investigate your CIDCO -khoparkhairne branch work ethics.

Sir, we are not getting proper water supply from last one month and from last few days we are getting water supply for hardly 5 mins in a day, hence we are forced to call for water tanker. It is same issue in most part of Kamothe sector 22.
Please look into this as we are facing tremendous problem due to this.

we r facing water problem since some days.codco have published water supply shutdown notice, shutdown of water supply on tuesday in ulwe node but water supply remain shutdown on other days also if water comes then flow of water is very low we r not getting enough water to perform our daily need also.
it is requested to resolve the problem as early as possible....

I am from Shubham complex, Sector 6A, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. We are not getting regular water supply from past 2 weeks. We are barely getting half n hour water supply from main line for our society. Our committee members had visited water supply office in Kamothe several times but no proper response.
Request you to look into this & resolve the issue on priority.

We are having severe water problems in our Riddhi Siddhi Ashiyana Society.
Plot No 42/43, Sector 35, Kamothe-410206.

We are having this problem for last few months, nearby lanes don't have so much water scarcity but it happens with us all the time.

Request one CIDCO officer from Belapur Navi Mumbai to review our society pipeline and fix the problem at the earliest. We have started buying water and food from outside which is affecting our health in general.

Could you please treat this issue as priority and help us resolve our water problem at the earliest.

S.w drain is open since may 2021 in sector 1, new panvel, road no 12.near plot no 20
SW drain is open after completion of drain work since may 2021.

It may lead to an accident.

I own Flat #302 at Elegant Olympia, Sector 21, Ulwe.

Below are my complaints:
1. Society handover done from builder but builder not handed over audited accounts, share certificates, conveyance deed, fire/electricity/plumbing drawings etc to society and society is not taking any action
2. Water bill for last one year not paid to CIDCO and now we residents are facing threat of water disconnection - builder not cooperating and society not taking any action
3. I have given my flat on rent but they might leave as society/building condition deteriorating. I have fear of loosing my investment, building might crash due to leaks in almost all flats, lift not being maintained properly, etc
4. Water connection from CIDCO not being utilized properly - Commercial and Residential connection seems like being going into same tank and same consumption - even bill per month is same for both - its not possible unless some issue

I request some CIDCO official to please come and inspect the safety of the building and help us owners

Dear Sir,

My society in Roadpali, has forcefully taken over my parking suddenly after 7 years and now they are demanding money worth Rs 50, 000 for the same, saying I owe this money to the builder and now i should pay this amount to the society.
My flat was registered in 2012 and after getting OC my family was staying there from[protected].
Last month (Aug'21) after we moved out of the society to kharghar, they immediately removed my parking number and forcefully took over it, by parking other vehicles.

I have a proper parking letter issued to me by the builder but still i am being harassed by the society.

Pipeline work pending in area P/6, Shantivan association, Sector 15, New Panvel since 6 months. Water logging is there which can create disease.

Street light is off since 10days it creates so much of problem please see into it

There is a lot of scarcity of water supply to our building Rosewood Heights since last more than 15 days and before that also the water quality was not good at all.We are forced to use borewell water to fulfill our daily needs and for drinking we r relying on Bisleri water for the past two months.It can lead to a serious health issue to our families and specially young children.It needs immediate attention have complained to Cidco multiple times but it is not helping and the societies nearby are not facing any such issues.

Situation of road at Roadpali main road at sector 17 near Shambhu Raje chowk is getting worse. There's water logging and situation is getting worsed day by day. Cases of maleria and dengue are also increasing over water logged areas. Please do something urgently. We are suffering a lot
