संदर्भ. (1) Dist/CLTH/2019/9007 दि. 25/08/2019 रोजीची तक्रार. मी कोपरीगावातील स्थानिक रहिवाशी असून माझ्या वडिलांचे सन 1968 सालापासून सर्वे न. 168, गुरुचरण पावणेनाका या जागेत उदरनिर्वाहसाठी न्यू बॉम्बे नावाचं हॉटेल बांधले होते. सन 1972 ला हॉटेलचे बांधकाम अनधिकृत आहे आम्हाला सिडको कडून क्र. सिडको/सीयुसी/टी-107 ही नोटीस मिळाली सदरचे नोटिसावरून सिडको तर्भे दि. 22/11/1972 ला जे. एन. एफ. सी. कोर्ट ठाणे येथील -1 (एक) नंबरच्या दिवाणी कोर्टात हॉटेलचे बांधकाम अनधिकृत असल्याची फौजदारी केस दाखळ केली होती पुढे आठ वर्ष कोर्टात चक्करा मारल्या पण आमचे हॉटेल सन. 1968 पासून अस्तित्वात असल्याने जुने कागद पुरावे कोर्टाला सादर केले दि. 4/10/1980 रोजी कोर्टाचा निकाल आमच्या बाजूने लागला त्यानंतर सिडकोने हॉटेलचे बांधकाम अधिकृत करून घेतले. दि. 28/04/1987 रोजी सिडको कडून क्र. सिडको/सियुसी/1929. रेल्वे प्रकल्पासाठी हॉटेलच्या बदल्यात पर्यायी भूखंड मिळेल अशी नोटीस मिळाली त्यांनतर सिडको कार्यालयात जाऊन आमच्या कडची कागदपत्रे जमा करून पर्यायी भूखण्डाचा फॉर्म भरून दिला. त्यानंतर सिडको कार्यालयात बऱ्याच चकरा मारल्या, अधिकारी सांगत तुम्हाला पर्यांयी भूखंड भेटणार, बऱ्याच लोकांचे प्रश्न प्रलंबित आहेत. अशी उत्तरे बऱ्याच वर्ष ऐकली तीच आश्वासने घरी घेऊन येत आम्हाला सांगत तीच आश्वासने आज पर्यंत बाळगून आहोत. स्थानिक आमदार मा. गणेश नाईक साहेब यांची भेट घेतली दि. 05/10/1992 व दि. 18/02/2006 रोजी नाईक साहेबांनी सिडकोला प्रत्र दिले पण काहीही उपयोग नाही. दि. 14/12/2015 रोजी वकील राजेश तांडेल यांच्यामार्फत, सिडकोला पत्र व्यवहार केला पण काही उपयोग झाला नाही दि. 27/04/2018 रोजी माहितीचा अधिकाराचा अर्ज दाखल केला. दि. 13/05/2018 रोजी प्रथम अपील दाखल केला. दि. 16/07/2018 रोजी द्वितीय अपील दाखल केला अपील क्र. KR 2794/2018 त्याची सुनावणी दि. 01/08/2019 रोजी झाली. सिडको अधिकाऱ्याकडून सांगण्यात आले कि महाराष्ट्र शासनाने पर्यांयी भूखंड देण्याची योजना बंद केली आहे. जर पर्यांयी भूखंड देता येत नसेल तर त्याच जागी आमचे हॉटेल परत बांधून दयावे जेणे करून आमच्या उदरनिर्वाह व आजपर्यँत हेलपाटे मारले त्याचा खर्च मिळावा ही विनंती आपला विश्वासू

मी श्री . भानुदास जयराम भोईर कोपरीगांव, सेक्टर -२६/ ए, वाशी, नवी मुंबई, ठिकाणी राहत असून प्रकल्प ग्रस्थ स्थानिक रहिवाशी आहे. आमचे घर सन १९८२ साली सिडकोचा पूर्ण परवाना घेऊन घर बाधले आहे. घर नं.१६९३ माझ्या घरासमोरील सिडकोने संपादीत केलेली मिठागरची मोकळी जमीन आहे. सिडको संपादीत केलेल्या साडेबारा टक्केचा जमीनीवर अज्ञात लोकांनी अनाधिकृत बांधकामे केले आहे. अशा प्रकारची पूष्कळ अनाधिकृत बांधकामे आजूबाजूला झाले आहे. तसेच उरलेल्या आमच्या येण्या जाण्याच्या जागेत झोपडपट्टी माफियाना अतिक्रमण करायचे आहे. पण सिडकोने राखीव जागेचा फळक लावला आहे. पण काही समाज कंठकाकडून फळक मोडण्याचे प्रयत्न सुरु आहेत, वादळी वाऱ्यामुळे फळक मोडून पडला, अज्ञात व्यक्तीकडून फळक लमपास करण्यात आला आहे.जेणेकरून त्या जागेत अतिक्रमण करता येईल. मी विनंती करतो फळक नवीन लावण्यात यावे व मजबूत फौंडेशन करावा, अतिक्रमण करणारांशी आमचा वादविवाद व घातपात होणार नाही.जेणेकरून आमच्या येण्या जाण्याचा रस्ता मोकळा राहील.अशा या अनाधिकृत बांधकामामुळे मला व माझ्या कुटुंबाला त्रास होणार नाही. माझा अर्जाचा सहनभुती पूर्वक विचार करावा. आपल्या विश्वासू श्री. भानुदास भोईर [protected]

I have paid the water charge bill for the period of feb -Mar of amount Rs 333 on dated 02.06.2021.Recepit copy also attached.

But now again same amount had added in my current bill for the period of Apr-May 2021.

Road repairing work started but left work incomplete.
Road location : Towards Tembhode from New Panvel. From Mumbai Pune express way subway.

Road condition very bad, from last so many years road repairing not done.

Dear Cidco,

Its very difficult to survive without water and we are facing this since 1 year now. It was promised for 24 Hrs water supply but were getting only for 10 minutes of water supply and now since 4-5 days no supply at all. I request you to please look into this and get it resolved ASAP

I am Sanket Dattaraj Mohite, application number [protected]. I got flat in cidco lottery. I paid booking amount 25000. But due to pandemic I unable to buy that flat right now. Therefore I surrender my alloted flat last year. But I not received my booking amount yet. I also file complaint in nivara Kendra portal reference number 10026 but no response received. I request cidco to return booking amount, in this situation very dificult to manage households. Kindly look into the matter.

I have drainge system just outside my house and since last 2 months no work is going on and this are in open condition.

This is very risk as I have child and this system is on way of my home to commute.

Dear sir, resident of Dwarka Arcade plot no 158 sector 14 kamothe navi mumbai . There is a drainage issue. On the main road. Which is overflowing last since few days. As it is difficult to walk as all the water is coming up . Which lead to many issue. Request you to kindly do the needful.

Please note that one dead dog is lying on the road divider opposite out building main gate and causing lot of bad smell in the surrounding area.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments croping up at CIDCO Property Behind Shikara Hotel, Behind Grace Homeopathic Clinic, Behind plot no.245 and 246, Sector-22, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai-400705.

These people are developing Illeagal huts on this land. These people have started setting up of illegal business on this land. This is residential area not the commercial .

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and Order can be maintained in a good society developed by CIDCO.

Very poor connection of water supply given by CIDCO @CIDCO. They gave directly 40 mm (1and half inch)water connection to our building from main road adjoining sector 19 and 18 in ulwe. We didn't received permanent water supply line from cidco near our building which is proposed as we receive OC of our building two and half years ago. Also road construction work is going on from last 2 months, due to this water line pipes are getting broken...

I working in konkan railway and residenting in sector 17 ulwe, several complaints given and also meeting with cidco official regarding the water problem all the above mentioned subject dealing 1 year pass but till yet no action has been taken and faced the problem very seriously, we have invested our good wealth for our better future if such thing take place the our better lifestyle and good health may affect. It is kind request to look into matter and do as early as possible

I am resident and owner of the flat of Ajinkyatara Co Op Housing Society, Sec-24, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.
I have sold the flat. Purchaser has done this transaction by taking Home Loan by SBI. In this case, Bank requires Mortgage NOC from Society. In fact, now as per new rules by CIDCO, CIDCO also requires one transfer NOC and one mortgage NOC from Society.
Society Chairman and Secretary are denying to issue these NOC. They have issued only one Transfer NOC to me. Rest two are still denied by Society.

Sir, I live in kharghar sector 4, Divya corner, here no one is coming to pick the garbage since several days. whole building is collided with bunch of garbages. since it's a rainy season several insects, rats, lizards are moving into the house. I have approached manier times i told my broker, owner of the flat but no one took any initiative yet. Kindly please look into the matter.

Stop encroahment by marble market shops behind their shops into water areas and remove hutments from mangroves in roadplai sector-20 holding pond.

within days the whole area will develop into slum if you dont remove hutments . CIDCO action will be appreciated. Thank you.

Very low pressure water supply since last 12 days. We don't have water to drink.
