I am a resident of Karanjade, panvel. It's been over 15 days we have no water in the society.

It is really frustrating since the water which used to come from CIDCO for 5 hours now only comes for 3 hours.

We have a big society (sai vrindavan, Karanjade) with over 150+ flats and because of the water supply being cut down we don't have 24 hours running water.

Please look into this at the earliest.

I paid my waterbill of ₹765/- on 3 December 2020 through Googlepay but the transaction went in processing state and on Cidco website, it showed failed. Money was debited from my bank. After that on google pay it was showing processing only. And today on 8th December 2020 that transaction became successful. But still on cidco website, it is showing as failed. Transaction id is CIDCOWS[protected]

I live in sec 18 ulwe (navi mumbai) there are so many debris, construction material and some garbage islaying on road whic is 30 mtr wide road. which is dangerous for health of childrens . please take some action regarding this. The 30 mtr road connects plot no - 10, 10 A, 10 B, 8, 9 etc.

Today when I tried to pay water bill online using debit card internet banking, it rejected with the error

' VISA CARD NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS TRANSACTION'

Card was changed again it flashed a message

' Mastro card not acceptable for this transaction.'

as a result I COULD NOT make payment....

For the last two billing cycles I am getting very high bill for the water consumption. There is no relevance between the amount due and the amount charged for the following reasons.

1. The first water bill was presented with the reading as units for the entire period since the meter is installed without taking into considerations the earlier bills paid.

Solution : The amount should have been spread for the average consumption for the entire duration and accordingly bill generated.

2. The second bill shows 43 units for two months which has a code "K" Meter reading is not compatible with the water used as Only one person resides in the house and consumes the water.

solution : the reading should be taken on set frequency and billed accordingly.

3. The water witch is supplied is full of contamination and unhygienic for use. It seems to have clogged the pipe line.

Solution : Water supplied must pass Quality assurance test prescribed by the competent authority.

4. Water is available for 10 to 15 mnts at good pressure, then the pressure drops and does not flow without using boosting device. However, 10% of the days water comes at good pressure for entire duration. This means we have to pay for water as well as for electricity.

Let me tell you that during the no water supply my 300 liters water tank is sufficient for at least 2 days.

I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

Try 50time but not any single response. Will same day visit my aera cidco office but they person don't know any rules and regulations water supply office he told me we don't help your what is this very poor service given cideo team.will already raised my quiry please resolve..

Consumer Number: 90105236. Last bill June to Jul was Rs.270 Last paid was in Sep Rs 270. Now Oct-Nov Bill has come Rs11900. This much deviation is not possible as i have utilized the services less than June and July. After visiting cidco office, the officer Mr. Chandan Kar informed very rudely to us thst he cannot help us out in any case as the incorrect bill with so much of deviances is correct according to him. He also told told us that it is because of my reading meter is incorrectly connected However it was connected by water department team only. We have not connected or tampered any meter location.
Our home is in residential area in EWS section.
Please help us to reduce the bill amount and shift the meter to suitable location if it is incorrectly installed.

Consumer Number: 80201159. Last bill June to Jul was Negative Rs3241. My house is vacant since lock down (Mar 20). Last paid was in Sep Rs 1596. This is not reflected in my CIDCO citizen bill payment site. Now Oct-Nov Bill has come Rs5399. House is still vacant. I should be charged the minimum charge since sep payment. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Hello Sir,

I am the owner of Row House Plot G-79, Sector 12, Kharghar. There has been illegal encroachment of Hut beside my house for many years, they have caused tremendous damage to my property and have been stealing water from my house, please see attached pic. I received a water bill of over 13000, I request you to take necessary action.

The employees has not checking meter of my water supply meter, in last month i had paid ₹ 1808 of bill and again my bill is reasched to ₹2576. I think it is not correct soo, I request you to please come and chek my watter supply meter and then send me an another correct bill we've also gone to the cidco bhavan in belapur also but no one was there. So I request to please check my meter and my consumer no is 80202202

My application no [protected] , [protected] status was rejected for a long time for Cidco flats.We have been expecting a refund of INR 50000/-for a long time. Cidco is not responding for refund.
Please help me to get this refund soon.

Subject: Illegal construction as well as encroachment of CIDCO property near Ranjanpada, sector-27, Kharghar

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention towards encroachments cropping up at the CIDCO property in Ranjanpada sector 27, kharghar.

These people are developing illegal huts, and it has become a challenge for the society members to co-exist since these people get drunk and get into fights which develops an un-safe environment.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and law and order can be maintained.

I am resident of Maruti Niwas CHS and past 2 years facing water cut off every single day. In the occassion of Diwali there is no water since Dhanateras . After asking society spoc person they are saying that this CIDCO issue and they are not sending water only.
Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest . This may lead health issue for all the society member during covid situation atlist there should he water at home to wash hand and leg to prevent corona virus
