Hi, We are facing water supply shortage from last 15 days. Hardly 5 mins of water supply is provided from last 15 days. In event of Festival we do not have water supply for our location and building. We are forced to purchase water from outside as we do not have any other option for this.

      With due respect myself Mr. Mohan Satpute owner of flat no. 102, Neeljeet Ekdant Building, sec 5, plot 51, Taloja Panchanand 410208 has been facing a problem with water in our building past many years.
      We have made a complaint regarding this before but still the issue stays and haunts us as water is the precious basic need for living beings.

        Dogs and pigs removal

        We are very shamefull to say that still removal of dogs and pigs have still not been removed from our society even drains and garbage collectors are not coming to pick up not a single action is taken by nagar nigam staff there is too much messy roads and drains are flowing my area name is circular road ganga nagar allahabad kindly take some actions on these dirty and messy stuffs one thing more there are ruffians and drinks too in our area...

        My name is Vinayak Dupate. I am resident of Mountain view, Sector-6, Karanjade, Panvel - 410206.
        We are facing water shortage problem from last two months. We getting water supply every after 1 or 2 days later due to which heavy water shortage observed in our area (Sector 6).

        Kindly resolve this issue as early as possible in this pandemic condition.

          The Mahanagar Gas Ltd has taken the excavation on road during the laying of gas pipeline and damaged the water pipe line near our Dnyaneshwari CHS LTD Patil complex plot no 23, sector no.9 Khanda colony New Panvel West
          The same is not repaired and looses the unaccountable water.

            Sir/madam,

            Two Dargah has come up on road in sec-18, in Taloja phase2, situation is very Tense, The People of the near by societies are very angry, they can take drastic step if it is not removed ASAP. some anti social elements have created this, and want to create tension between two communities.

            So, | request you to take action as soon as possible. before the law and order situation get deteriorated

              This is to inform you that There is a illegal construction in A moon light society, flat no 402, plot no 87, sector 10, taloja phase-1, panvel 410206.
              The above said flat is 1Rk and the flat owner make it 1BHK without any legal authority. When we asked him why you doing like this the he replied, said do whatever you want to be, I'll take care.

                I am from resident of BKS Galaxy CHS LTD-Sec 35F Kharghar & all residents are facing Frequent power supply failure due to pending 11KV Overhead to Underground work pending since long back . Our builder has paid POWER SUPPLY INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT CHARGES (PSIDC) charges but still our society electricity is connected on overhead system. Need kind intervention to avail uninterrupted underground power supply for our society.

                  नमस्कार मंडळी,

                  करंजाडे सेक्टर-६ मधील पाणी प्रश्न अपेक्षेनुरूप मार्गी लागण्याऐवजी काहीप्रमाणात वाढत असल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. उंचावर असणाऱ्या सोसायट्यांना मागील महिन्यापासून प्रचंड पाणी प्रश्न निर्माण झाला असुन सिडको प्रशासनाकडून प्रलंबित कामे करून सुद्धा परिस्थितीत काही बदल नसल्याचे स्पष्ट झाले आहे. कायमस्वरूपी सुधारणेसाठी उच्च स्तरावर आमचे प्रयत्न आहेत. करंजाडे करिता पाणी पुरवठ्याचे प्रमाण १२ एमएलडी वरून १५ एमएलडी करण्यात यावे अशी मागणी सुद्धा करण्यात आली. खंडित वीजपुरवठा, एमजेपी कडुन करण्यात आलेली शटडाउन आदी कारणे देऊन मूळ प्रश्नाला बगल देण्याचा केविलवाणा प्रकार अधिकाऱ्यांकडून करण्यात येत आहे. आपल्या प्रश्नाचे कायमस्वरूपी समाधान करायचे असेल तर निरंतर प्रयत्न करावे लागणार आहेत त्यात आपल्या रहिवाशांची साथ अतिशय महत्त्वाची आहे. सिडको प्रशासनाकडून पाणी पुरवठ्यात वाढ होत नसेल तर सेक्टर-६/५ करिता स्वतंत्र नियोजनाची मागणी करावी लागणार आहे.

                  Karanjade node is preplanned activity of CIDCO. Their qualified engineers have already studied all this problems but then also they unable to provide much needed facility.
                  Now I doubt about there qualifications.

                    I am the Secretary of Geetanjali Residency CHS Limited situated at plot no 175, sector 10 Kharghar, Navi Mumbai near Kopra gaon.
                    It has been observed that since last many days the drainages in front of our building especially drainage outlet from opposite to Shankar Residency to Monarch Ambiance (internal road of back side of Elite Heights). Due to drainage issue the internal drainages inside the buildings are getting overflow and creating health issues to the citizens.
                    The same issue need to be solved considering the health issue which may create deceases like dengue, malaria and any other serious deceases.
                    You are hereby requested to look in to the issue seriously and instruct your team to repair the drainage overflow.

                      It's been a year since i had fill form for cidco mass housing lottery 2019(3) i had paid application money of 5280.
                      My name was not there in lottery ideally application amount should refund in max 6 months.

                        In Vighnaharta CHS LTD main problem is rubbish collecting van does not come regularly, because of this, the litter is heavily being deposited on the road. After, two days it produces bad smell that is harmful for us. Moreover, it attracts various insects and microorganisms. Sometimes, in windy atmosphere, garbage is dispersed on the entire lane, which makes the Society untidy. I am concerned about the safety of my members and residents of society. Hence, I believe this problem should be solved as early as possible.

                        To address this problem, I suppose that the rubbish should be collected daily to prevent the accumulation of waste. I request you to look into this issue and implement stern rules to avoid these kinds of problems.

                            We r the residential people living in sector 8 ulwe at sai fortune paradise. There was a cremation area on the main road. Now suddenly since last 1 month we hv seen daily or as an when a person expires his body is burned openly in the cremation place which was supposed to be closed.
                            Sir,
                            The polluted smell coming from the body is bad. Pls do something. As we are aware tht cidco has alloted to this plot. So kindly request to shift this plot other non residential area.

                              I am facing water supply issues from the past 2 months its tough that in my society many of the row house owners have attached motors to the mainline of cidco water pipe, because of which I am unable to get water supply in my house. At some time the water pressure is too low or there is no supply.
                              Its been tough for me and my family to be without water.
                              Society is not taking any action against the owners who have directly connected motors to the mainline of the water pipe. my only request is to sort the problem as soon as possible.

                                Hi..
                                Please check the drainage system in sector -6 near sapna society main road manhole is getting chocked and smell is coming all day and night following to which it become hard to breathe.

                                Last week machine came they open and did something but nothing helped and smell is still coming and it was chocked when last time they open it and situation is still same.

                                Kindly fix this asap.

                                  We live at cidco node sector 3, karanjade, panvel
                                  Its been 3 years now we are facing water crunch every year, societies here are spending lakhs on drinkable water tanker

                                  Even having good monsoon this year, if people have to fight for basic needs then its big reason to worry specially when nmai is around

                                  All in all this is creating bad picture among inverters and business here
                                  (Imagine only one bank in 6 nodes)

                                  We hope our issue gets resolved at earliest.

                                    Kharghar is said to be the model city but the condition of roads are pitiable,
                                    There is no preparation for rainy season here as many potholes are othpen
                                    And there are many places in the city itself where the garbage is dumped for days together,
                                    It seems as there is not a single person who is sincerely doing inspection of the hygenic cojnditions in kharghar. Even there are certain spots whic can be developed as tourist spots but no work is being done there. Instead police is
                                    Deployed there to stop the people from visiting these places.
                                    Many plots atre lying vacant supposedly to be developed as parks by cidco
                                    But no development is seen here for last 6 years.
                                    I did complain before but nothing happened.
