I have a leak on my attic from the above flat no 18,.
I have talked to the above flat owner, as well as the management committee of the society but of no avail.
The ceiling has become powdery and plaster pealing off. I have got it certified from a structural engineer that it is due to above bathroom nani trap.

We bought the flat in navi mumbai ulwe in feb 2019 & was promised by the builder developer that the possession & oc shall be in april 2019, hence the complete payment was being given to the builder.
