Hi,
This is to bring to the notice for the loot at koparkhairne pay and park.
If you happen to visit this pay park please check the receipt they handover and charges they take.
Most of the customer neglects this but this is where they make fool of you.

Handing over the receipt for 8 rs and charge 10 for each.
Now you might say.. Whats in 2rs.
Think about it again!!

Upon complaining they might say they have 10rs receipt but it is not available right now! Which is the same statement everytime you visit here.

Please raise and route this to concern department if required.

I ulhas parab had won cidko lottery (Application no [protected]) for one bhk flat in taloja. Due to financial burdens i surrendered my lottery on cidconivara website (Pic attached). I had paid total amount of 25280/- on 24/9/2019 which was promised as refundable amount after one month of surrendering it. Its been three months now and the only answer i have been getting from them is that the refund process has not started yet and it will happen...

Dear concern officer,

I would like to bring your kind notice the issue of stray dogs in kamothe, (On the road from gurukrupa building and krishna building) in sector 09.
There are nearly 10-15 strey dogs roaming in sector 9. These dogs have taken bite of many people in the area. Yesterday only my brother also became victim of it. When he was coming from gym to suddenly a 2 dogs bitten his on leg. Barking of these dogs at bikes and other vehicles makes it difficult to pass by the way.

We request you to kindly look into this matter and make necessary arrangement solve the issue.

I have won the lottery but due to medical issues I can't buy the flat... An number of times I have called the on CIDCO helpline but they don't give proper guidance and I have personally raise a complaint in their website but it's pending they don't even read the msges. Please I need to surrender my flat and want my money back

I am the owner of flat no 403 bks galaxy carina next to d'mart, kharghar, navi mumbai.
Unauthorized & illegal construction is done by flat no 503 on my terrace area. I have filed a complaint againt the owner of flat no 503 to additional town planning authority & real estate officer of cidco.
Cidco have only issued the notice, but partial action was taken such as demolition, removing of illegal structure. I have attached the document also. Only angle has been removed from slab and left the slab in dangerous situation. This may get collapse as there is no support and harm the human/animals staying in the flat.

Who will be responsible for such dangerous work done by cidco & officer? I have filed online complaint at aaple sarkar in september-2017 but there was no action taken on the complain & closed without prior notice.

Cidco have failed to complete the demolition work even after taking the help from kharghar police force. All this tax payers money got wasted.

I am struggling for the justice as no proper action is taken from last 5 years.

Dear sir,

From last two weeks we were seeking mortgage noc in order to approve the loan however per cidco transfer officer informed that they seller has to registration legal heirship certificate. Cidco already transferred the flat to mumtaz noon abdul qadeer but still cidco officer want to revalidate the registration. Her husband not registered the flat at time of cidco allotment but not he is no more so we still need to register flat in name of her wife and then we can get mortgage noc, please advise.

I have purchased flat at dronagiri sec 55 plot 32, now almost 1 year finished taking possession from from builder. But there is no water connection fixed yet.
Everyone facing lots of issue on water connection.

They are supplying water tank which is too costly for everyone & that water is not good for health.

I just want to know that how cidco has given oc to this building without water connection.

I had won lottery for one bhk flat in taloja in cidko lottery in december 2019. I opted for return of lottery as my financial condition was not good. For being part of cidko lottery i had paid about 26000. After calling many times, i was given same reply that refund will be done after 2 weeks. After 2 weeks again they had no fixed answers. My money is stuck and i want refund on urgent basis.

First of all i had submitted all the documents for verification in cidco portal. All documents was correct as per there norms, still they rejected my application. We have raised complaints on customer portal there is no reply by them for any queries.
Now i have spent so many days on it (My holidays from company) and money for there documents submission but it all gone wasted.
Hence i dont want to waste more time on them i wanted my money back. There is no surrender documents mentioned anywhere on portal. Just they are asking to upload surrender documents. Even after completing all process of surrender tenement. They are not giving our money back. They are using our money from so long time and earning interests from it.
We are not here to be a salve of this government useless cidco, we should take some action against them.

This reference to the my application no [protected]. For transfer of soc built-up flat in new panvel. Since we have submitted the application in 23/12/2019.

Because of non avaibaility of staff your office in panvel branch, we are not able to complete this process from last one & half month. Every time these people asking for new query. Last week they are requested unit no for given premises for our society for panvel mahangar palika. But as per pmc they has already issue on 01/03/2019. Now today the person is absent in new panvel branch.in jan two weeks also the same situation.in 3 rd week they ask for member list. I have also provided urgently to your cbd belapur office. But they asked for unit no.

What is of doing again & again same work with belapur & new panvel. If you are doing in sap why this type delay?

Due to this delay for my transfer case n bank is not giving me sale amount due to unavailability of transfer letter. Please i request you to fast this process

I called customer care team as i received message that cidco date of appointment revised from 23/1/2020 to 31/1/2020 twice i called him & asked him that are you sure 31/1/2020 is last date to make payment & book appointment they told yes i asked the timing she inform you can make any time
But today i tried to make payment to book appointment
I was not able to but when i called them today they told date is already over last date was 30/1/2020
My payment was ready when i tried to make payment i didn't got the option
This was misguided & misinformed to me

I stay at vishwa, flat 15, sector 9a, vashi, navi mumbai, 400703
I have a leak on my attic from the above flat no 18,.
I have talked to the above flat owner, as well as the management committee of the society but of no avail.
The ceiling has become powdery and plaster pealing off. I have got it certified from a structural engineer that it is due to above bathroom nani trap.
I need intervention from cidco and get remedial measure do that this leak is plugged in the above flat

Hello myself chanchal dumbre. I was given a flat as a waiting list. I forgot to submit my documents on date due to some issues. I also had called on the helpline number. They said don’t worry flat is available and now the status on my cidco site is tenement surrendered. I want to buy the flat. Also the tenement surrendered steps shown in website is different. Please let me know how i could get my flat back

We bought the flat in navi mumbai ulwe in feb 2019 & was promised by the builder developer that the possession & oc shall be in april 2019, hence the complete payment was being given to the builder. Inspite of repeat follow-up, builder informs he faced several uncontrolled reasons for the delay. There is no fixed commitment till feb 2020. We don't know the future of our purchase.

Hi team,

This is to inform you that my advocate (Falguni t.) had submitted all the required documents on 18.09.2019 for obtaining the no objection certificate needed by bank to cidco as i was availing bank home loan on property "flat 304, sun apartment, sector 19b, plot 212, 213, kopar khairane, navi mumbai (Vijay barnawal)". The request no. For same is "[protected]". However, after three months also still my advocate followed up and got to know that the submitted documents had been misplaced and hence once again my advocate was asked to resubmit the same which she did on 3rd jan 2020 with request no as "[protected]".

Its been more than four months and still there is no sign of the noc from cidco. The bank has stopped my partly disbursement and also emi is still not initiated due to which i am not able to claim tax benefit.
In 2011 the cidco had given the noc for home loan in a weeks time but this time even after four months it is not provided. Can the respected officials assist to provide the noc as the bank needs the same to disburse the payment and initiate the emi post which i can claim tax benefit.

I don't understand how many days should a simple document take and that too when i have hired an advocate to ensure all submission is full proof. Please assist and also let me know why there is such a big delay.

But last few days one worker name babu always demand me more money extra money for his breakfast and then i was not given he said me don't park vehicle.. & today dtd. 18.01.2020 at 13.00 hrs.. He demand money from me and i'm not given & he shouting me and said park vehicle without receipt.. Due to urgency i'm parked my vehicle without receipt..

Dear Sir / Mam Horrible facility for parking at CBD Belapur station. The care taker don't even care for parking arrangement and abuse the commuters They are concern for charges only. I am complain towards CBD station parking.from my bike someone has stolen my new brand side mirror.i inform the care taker he misbehaving with me and said go and complain to Cidco and do whatever you want to do.no camera also working over there and saying because station work is going so cidco has cut the wire.

I am resident of the nest chs, plot no. 45, sec 22, kamothe, navi mumbai. There is no water supply since 3 days. Bad water supply management from water supply dept. Please look into. Our area is too old area in kamothe. We are facing water problem lots of time. Old pipeline & lots of connection. Please solve this problem. Water supply timing is 5pm to 10pm. But actual water comes in my building after 7.30pm & stops at 9.30pm. Which is not sufficient to meet our need. Registered complaint lots of time. No any action by water supply dept heads.
