I have paid my monthly membership fees on 22/01/2019, but once again the people are charging me the amount, due to change of people collecting money.

They are not accepting the receipt which i showed them. I request cidco authorities to take some action and avoid such incidents. This event occurred at cidco pay and park at seawoods, seawoods grand central.

मी आणि सोसाटीचे इतर सदस्य, एप्रिल २०१८ पासून 'भूखंड क्रं . बी - ६१ /१, सेक्टर क्रं २३, सिवूड दारावे, नेरुळ ', भूखंड हस्तांतरणासाठी अर्ज देऊन सिडको भवन, बेलापूर, वसाहत विभाग २ मध्ये (पहिला मजला ) येथे सारख्या फेऱ्या मारून फार हताश झालो आहोत . सिडको च्या कामकाजा वरचा विश्वासच उडून गेला आहे. काही न काही कारणे सांगून सिडको स्टाफ कामात दुर्लक्ष करत आहे.

मी आपल्याला कळवू इच्छितो कि भूखंड हस्तांतरणा साठी माझ्या नोकरीची भरपूर रजा झाली व मला मानसिक व शारिरीक त्रास होत आहे तरी आपण कृपया करून या भूखंड हस्तांतरण कामासाठी मला मदत करावी व माझ्या या तक्रारी वर योग्य ती कार्यवाही करावी हि विनंती .

Dear sir, we are not getting possession for jash pride, sector 5, karanjade, panvel from last 4 months as builders told us that possession is on hold from cidco side even though the building is full ready. Kindly help us in finding the current situation of oc for jash pride, karanjade. Builder (Trinetra) told us some court case delaying the possession of karanjade areas. Earlyer possession was supposed to be in nov'18 now it is on nov'19. Kindly help us in this matter.

I had applied in Cidco lottery scheme 2018 for two scheme.
I won both the scheme. As per the norms of Cidco, I submitted an application for surrender one room to Cidco on 11.10.2018 but still I have not received my deposit money of Rs.25000. My details is as follows :
Name : Sonalee Popat Shinde.
Lottery won
1) [protected], Taloja sector 21, L11 11 4R2
[protected] Taloja sector 27, L33 12 6R2
I surrender (2) lottery and submitted the application to the cidco office on 11.10.2018.
Still no reply from cidco office.
Please you are requested to refund the amount to me at the earliest, it is not a small amount for me to leave.

I am a resident of nandanvan park chs plot no. 9, sector 36 kamothe navi mumbai. The society is registered and conveyance deed done in 2006. For submitting application for cidco transfer, advocate requires society's final order issued by cidco which society is unfortunately unable to locate. Whom should i approach for this order copy? Disbursement of bank loan already ssnctioned is held up. Hence seek urgent help....

I am winner of 2 houses from cidco lottery 2018, but some personal issues i have to cancel both the houses. I submitted the application for cancellations for houses in cidco office.
It's been almost a one month passed, till date i can't get my refund in my bank account. I called yesterday on help line no, but they said they don't know about 2018 lottery.
Please help.

I have applied in cidco lottery 2018 but i have not received any refund in my account. I paid 25000/-. I have called so many times on helpline no. But either the no. Is busy or its automatically disconnected.

My friends got their refund within 15 days but i have not received any refund.

Multiple issues i have been noticing with parking at kharghar railway since few months like to highlights few

1. There is no support person for taking the vehicle out from parking and no management on how people park the vehicle. This leads to big distress and discomfort, especially for ladies. (Please note person in charge of parking talks likes goons when we complaint) no fear of any authority

We need better service with the charge we are paying

2. These people collect additional 10/- rs per hour and no receipt provided and these people are taking advantage of this rule by delaying things during peak hours to charge extra for more than 5 mins delay and this is straight going to their pocket as there is no receipt for this

All of this clearly shows big misconduct at the parking lot and public property and i need resolution for the misuse.

Hi,

I have applied for CIDCO flat lottery held on Oct 2, 2018 and won the lottery but due to financial issues I have to step back and applied for refund on November 15, 2018 by submitting surrender/cancellation letter in person to marketing manager on 3rd floor Raigad bhavan Belapur.

It was conveyed that the refund will be initiated within 45 days but nothing has been received so far after more than 45 days.br...

Dear sir/madam,

Currently we are interested in buying a flat in sector 9 ulwe, however in cidco nodal plan we have seen a crematorium in sector 17 but in cidco website we have observed that a tender is released for building a crematorium in sec 19 o[censored]lwe. Hence let us know if crematorium is coming up in sec 9 or 17 in future.

Request your assistance in this matter.

Dear Sirs,
This is another example where it is evident that cidco is not bothered about daily commuters.
Though a good work of repairs, reconstruction of patch of high way has started. It is evident that there no planning has been done to reduce the difficulty in commuting while the work is on.
It's taking horrible toll on pol.
Massive jam at daily evening is example, where the jam starts right from just only a few meters away from Mankhurd, daily making the toll gates and bridge totally conjusted.
An alternate lane on the opposite side can help. Ridiculously toll is countinued to be taken aggravating the jam.

Pl look into the matter.

It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 10 days from the date of draw for the applicant who are not the winners of that scheme.

The payment status is reflecting as "refund in progress" from last 10days and doesn't change. After lot of efforts and struggle we had managed to pay the money thus requesting to refund it asap.

Contractor handling Kharghar Railway station parking area is collecting random charges as parking fees without any relevant charge declaration.

No person was available for parking receipt at 04 Dec 2018 03:00 PM. A charge of 16 INR levied for 5 1/2 hours in place of 8 INR.

Contractor threatening to collect upto 500 INR without any such rule.
