Last year there was a advertisement done by cidco for leasing of plots in koperkhairane, sanpada, nerul, kharghar and kalamboli.

Many trust n organization have applied for this bid with their money.

As per the advertisement, cidco navi mumbai was supposed to announce the results at the end of last year 2017.

It's almost end of 2018. But no results r declared yet....

We are trying to reach cidco customer no and office but no response from them. Our society garbage not pickup from last 2days and water supply to our society is very less and slow.

I reside in sector 21 plot 69g, we have been facing water problem since april 2018 and we have been giving written and verbal complaints in the water supply unit office of kharghar, since april 2018 we are just getting 3-4 units of water on an average which is far less than the reqiuired unit.
The building is 10yrs old for the last 9yrs we have not faced such amount of problem of water supply that we are facing since april, 25018br...

I am living at nerul sectot - 01. It's more than 2 & half months i have submitted my documents to get the noc for further loan process. As i noticed there is lot of illegally parked vehicles inside society which is not mentioned in the approved plan by cidco. As a resident i have the approved plan i informed society but no action taken. As in case of emergencies vehicles such as fire bridge cant be moved in the society premises. I applied for the CIDCO Navi Mumbai lottery 2018 under name Sunita Shinde and made payment of ₹ 25, 280 through IMPS to the Axis bank with Account no:[protected] and IFSC code :UTIB0CCH274. Later I checked the payment status shows not received I raised the complaint about it and I was told I'll get the refund of the IMPS amount in 3-4 working days.
Kindly do the refund ASAP I tried contacting the helpline number...

This is to inform that Orient Builder and Plot owner Deskmukh has occupied the building entrance & utilized it Gala which was not in the Plan. We are unable to make complaint against them as Building resident because they are powerfull people . Request you to please take Strict Action against them. and free up the Building entrance.
