I am writing this post as to inform you that sector 20 road pali is receiving inadequate water supply since 2-3 months which is inadequate to suffice our daily needs, not enough to drink, wash clothes, utensils or even clean our houses and even have a bath. This is really unsanitary and inhumane. This is really bad governance on the part of the people handling the area.
Please do something about the water pressure issue as soon as possible.

It has been very serious situation that severe chemical smells coming from midc area to roadpali-kalamboli area. Now a days roadpali area is crowded due to newly constructed big building such as amarante, regency, springs etc. Number of people residing in these area are high.in neelsidhi amarante society itself we have 960+ flats residing more than 4000 people. Same like other building also. Now a days every night especially after 9 pm, there...

I have applied in cidco lottery 2018 but i have not received any refund in my account. I have called so many times on helpline no. But either the no. Is busy or its automatically disconnected.

My friends got their refund within 2-3 days but i have not received any refund.

I've not yet received the lottery refund amount of inr 5000.00 in my registered bank account.

It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 10 days from the date of draw for the applicant who are not the winners of that scheme.

The payment status is reflecting as "refund in progress" from last 10days and doesn't change. After lot of efforts and struggle we had managed to pay the money thus requesting to refund it asap.

Kindly refund the lottery amount for the same at the earliest.

Your soonest revert would be highly appreciated.

My application id is [protected] and i have applied in cidco lottery p2-10_ghansoli for which the result came on 2 oct 2018 and i was not a lottery winner. So, 5000 which i had paid initially should be refunded but i have not received any refund since my account details mentioned on portal is incorrect. I have tried reaching out on cidco helpline [protected]
Since two days but no one answers the call. There is no email id to reach out as well. No other branch of cidco is willing to help on this matter. Please help me in this matter.

I've not received lottery refunded Amount INR 25280.00 in my registered A/C of Bank.
It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 10 days from the date of Lottery draw for an applicant who is not winners of the scheme.
Since past 10 days in the payment status, it is reflecting as a refund in the process and doesn't change. this status is just pacifying the applicant and not doing any good, after a lot of personal pain, efforts and struggle we had managed to pay the money thus request to refund ASAP

Kindly advise exact reason and refunded the lottery amount for the same.

Sector 30 kharghar beside hill view building is occupied by ppl build illegal houses spreading garbages surroundings is totally mess spreading disease defeacate in open space kindly demolish the illegals houses please, sector 30 plot no 197b, you can see garbage spread up by placing two drum on road all rodents spread around it during night and dogs doing mess of that garbage, theft of water from cidco water pipe line and electricity also, it is loss for government also

I already done to much complain at branch and online but they saying me subsidy is government process we can do nothing in this matter, they don't give me any reference or tracking number of my subsidy process, i seen some people got subsidy they take loan after 6 month from me and i am not getting still date, and they are not giving me any support, i am helpless from them, please give me solution of it, give subsidy as soon as possible

We from jai ganesh chs sec 20 plot no 31, kharghar.. Facing very bad.. Stinking smell of the processing biogas plant in our neighbour society jalvayu vihar phase 1.. Since last one year we have been facing this bad smell problem.. As well as problem of mosquitoes is very dangerous.. Kids deny to play in the premises of society and going out of society to play.. We r the residential people living in sector 9 ulwe at om sai riddhi siddhi extotica. There was a cremation area on the main road which was told to us that it non operational. Now suddenly since last 1 month we hv seen daily or as an when a person expires his body is burned openly in the cremation place which was supposed to be closed. Poperties in sector 8, 9 is sold saying that creamatorium is stopped by cidco as its cidco property.

It's a residential area where kids, elder and working class people stay. School are close by. The polluted smell coming from the body is bad. Pls do something. As we are aware tht cidco has alloted a new place for cremation but inspite of all this. Cremation is happening.

Last year there was a advertisement done by cidco for leasing of plots in koperkhairane, sanpada, nerul, kharghar and kalamboli.

Many trust n organization have applied for this bid with their money.

As per the advertisement, cidco navi mumbai was supposed to announce the results at the end of last year 2017.

It's almost end of 2018. But no results r declared yet. Money is lying with cidco. It is seen that the work is going very slow on the top level.

Request to declare the trusts who r choosen n give them the plot on lease by december 2019 after all investigations while meanwhile return the money back of all trust who have not succeeded.

It's very discouraging to see the inefficiency in the work of highly esteemed cidco navimumbai.

Hope this will reported n needful will b done.

We are trying to reach cidco customer no and office but no response from them. Our society garbage not pickup from last 2days and water supply to our society is very less and slow.

I reside in sector 21 plot 69g, we have been facing water problem since april 2018 and we have been giving written and verbal complaints in the water supply unit office of kharghar, since april 2018 we are just getting 3-4 units of water on an average which is far less than the reqiuired unit.
The building is 10yrs old for the last 9yrs we have not faced such amount of problem of water supply that we are facing since april, 25018
Every time we complain either no one attends the complaint or person will come and say it will be fine from tomorrow, so for next 2 days we get sufficient water supply i don't know who does it happens but again from the 3rd day the same problem starts... We have been asking the officials sitting in sector 5 water supply unit what is the problem but we always gets 2 replies either problem to kuj nahi hai or puchhe se supply kam hai, so if the supply is less then how the neighbourhood societues are getting more than sufficient water.

We are now tierd of requesting we just need the amount of sufficient water supply which is the basic requirement.

I am living at nerul sectot - 01. It's more than 2 & half months i have submitted my documents to get the noc for further loan process. I am repeatedly visited the cidco bhavan belapur to check the status of the process. I have used my pl from office to get this information, still they are saying that you will get a sms within 2 day's. I am just sick of this. I am not understanding what is the problem cause i am already having the old noc for the same property for old bank loan.

I live in sector 21kharghar, navi mumbai.
Last week i had to complain about erratic water supply. Today is the turn of electricity. For the last one hour, electricity has been abruptly cut off and we senior citizens are left to suffer in the scorching heat with no one being able to say how long the power cut will last.

This type of abrupt cutting of water and power is a regular feature in our locality. If things do not improve, we will be forced to take up with higher authorities and even request the to remove navi mumbai from the smart city group as this city cannot provide basic facilities of water and power to its citizens.

This big plot (photo attached) planned for only park for Roadpalians since smart city concept has not been even started for development. Now it s being used for construction materials, debris soil accumulation . We wish and request Cidco will inspect stop these activities as finding going to increase after mansoon and take care to develop the park or ask Panvel mun.corporation to take up immidiately.
