Respected officers,

We society named (Satyakunj chs ltd, sec-36, plot no - 41/42, kamothe - 410209) would like to inform you that we are facing below mentioned 2 issues since 2 years.

1) footpath completely damaged due to which rain water get collected in front of society and do not flow inside the storm water line.
Due to this there are much more dengue mosquitoes gets collected and many people are getting infected.

2) entire cidco drainage main line is choked up due to which society drainage water is getting choked up inside the society and comes out from all chambers spreading diseases.

We are complaining this issue since 2 years but till now no actions has been taken by any cidco authority.

We request you to get this 2 issues solved before this summer so that there would be no more infections or diseases would be spreaded.

For your reference, we are attaching letters submitted to cidco office.

We are facing serious problem due to high level noise and delay in cutting hill at sec 9 ulwe near tricity avenue. It has already passed 06 month since cutter & bulldozer deployed for clearing hill debris coming on way to road. Maximum time cutter /buldozers sitting idle and do repitive job or time pass.

Please look into matter & instruct them to complete job in time to avoid inconvenience faced by residents.

House no 496 to 499 to 499, sector -5, sanpada is this house is constructed as illegal without any permission and has been build-up 4th floor building. The house owner jayprakash dalvi & proprietor of "krishna enterprise"indalsingh arya agree in 50-50% sharing. We purchase the same 8 flat builder sell-out the same 8 flat. We are not aware about the illegal building. Once we knows the same thing we complaint nmmc, cidco and police station but not action against the same building. Sir pls. Myself mrs. Sangeeta ganesh duraphe, resident of (B type, building no. B:5, room no.1:1 vashi, navi mumbai) suffering from heavy water leakage problem in my bathroom through bathroom of room no.2:1. The owner of 2:1 is mr. Mangesh parab who has given room on rent. We are suffering since last one and half year. Inspite of requesting him so many times he is not taking up the matter seriously. Now the problem is became so severe that our health is in danger due to fungal grown on roof and there are sure chances of electrical short circuit plus the plaster may fall any time causing our lives in danger.
The owner is not at all bother for our trouble and safety of our lives. He is just enjoying his monetary gain. Thus he is not following his legal as well as ethical respinsibility.
I request u to send him a notice stating not to give his room on rent till he solve the problem completelt

Dear sir/madam,

This bears reference to the cidco bike parking at vashi railway station which i believe is contracted for collection of parking charges and further penalty.

I had parked my bike here on 16/04/2018 at 8.30 am. Today (18/04/2018 at 7.15 pm) when i wanted to exit the bike park, i gave my parking ticket which i had been given on 16/04/2018.

As the usual parking tariff is rs 10 for 12 hours with rs 10 subsequently thereafter for every 6 hours, i was being asked for a further parking penalty of rs 80 (Considering my bike was parked for nearly 2 full days). I had no problem in giving penalty which i immediately paid.

However, as i had been given a parking ticket of rs 10 towards bike parking for 12 hours as a documentary proof, i asked the representative at the parking booth to also provide me with a documentary proof/receipt of rs 80 which i paid as penalty. To this, i was told that there is no such receipt of parking penalty which can be given against the penalty collected.

I fail to understand whether the penalty so collected is actually being deposited or is directly pocketed either by the labour assigned or the contractor. If there is no receipt given for penalty, why is it that the public has to adhere to the policies without any documentary proof towards collection of penalty. I have experienced this umpteen nber of times with other riders as well. Also, it is to be noted that the penalty so charged by rto/police authorities also gets acknowledged with a penalty receipt then why not this!

It is imperative for the officials to either take cognizance of such matters and act assertively unless they themselves are a party to this harrasment. I, vide this post, humbly urge cidco authorities to take corrective action with immediate effect to control such unparliamentary practices.

Dear sir,

This is to bring your notice on parking charges at kharghar station, cidco has built a very useful huge parking in railway station for two wheeler. Per day cost is rs.8 for 12 hours for bikes. But once the time goes more than 12 hrs (Eg. 12hrs and 10 mins) they are charging rs16. They can charge 1 or 2 rs for any additional time more than 12 hrs like 12-15 hrs they can charge rs 10/-, 15- 20 hrs can charge rs 12/-...

Unauthorized & illegal construction is done by flat no 503 of bks galaxy carina next to d'mart, kharghar. I have filed a complaint againt the owner of flat no 503 to additional town planning authority & real estate officer of cidco. I am the owner of flat no 403. Cidco have only issued the notice, but no action is taken such as demolition removing of illegal structure. I have requested for an appointment to md & chairman of cidco last year may-17 but still not given me any appointment. Please help us.

The hari garden chgs plot no : 239-242, hari garden apt, near cidco garden, sector 10, panvel, new panvel east, panvel, navi mumbai, maharashtra 410206 have illegally constructed permanent brick wall room on the side of vithoba chs directly raising the wall from the boundary.
Suitable action may be taken to remove the illegal structure.

I want to take your attention on a very serious note of mosquito breeding in ulwe city. You must be aware about the growth rate of mosquito in this city. Although, it seems a very small problem but it can be broken out as an epidemic (I. E. Dengue, chickengunia or something else) in no time. So, you are requested to tackle with this problem on priority basis.

Solution: an effective fogging should be done in this area urgently and afterwards on regular basis.

We are 3 Friends got 1 plot from CIDCO. paid all the installment. now its time to take allotment and registry. i want to remove my name from plot. ready to give undertaking also. so is there any Chance to remove my name from CIDCO befor registry ? if yes or no please revert me . visit Aurangabad office and talk to mumbai office also. no one given clear instruction. so please help me.

Dear Sir,
Hawkers & Sellers are selling their products on Railways station. There are capturing Railways' staircase. This bad situation available on CBD Belapur, Kharghar, Mansarovar, Khandeshwar all stations. Please look into the matter & take permanently steps against it. In Khandeshar station, too many unauthorised sellers are selling foods, Vegetables etc. But Railway Police, Municipal corporation has not taken any action

Past one week there is no garbage picking van facility is available at our area and no phone calls is been attended or answered at your office. Request you to resolve it by today ie. 27.03.2018.
This has become the regular practice which is going harm our health and environment.

Since road work & road light installation work is going in ulwe node. Regret to inform that road in between plot no. 69 & plot no. 6 sector-3 in ulwe node has not been attended till date. This area has been ignored by cidco authority. Flat owners of all these plots has paid development charges to builder & in turn the builder has paid the same to cidco. Request you to kindly look into the matter.

One more long pending complain o[censored]n-uuthorized construction in front of plot no. 69 sector-3 is pending with cidco authority from last 3 years but no action till date. It was promised 2 years back that when road work will be taken then the same will be removed, but still the structure is present & illegal owner is earning from last 4 years from that illegal construction. The society raj planet chs ltd & the owner of shop in front of whose the illegal construction is present has also lodged complain several time but not action. The society has decided that if cidco is not taking any action against the same, the complain will be scaled up for the action.

I park my bike at panvel railway pay and park. Three days back my bikes left indicator was broken, which i ignored. But, yesterday on 9th march, my bikes right mirror was broken. There is no one to hear the complaints at parking. No cctv camera is in working condition!!! They are supposed to provide safe parking slots, after all they are charging us!

Water bill payment for con. No.[protected]/bz-2024, dt.21.10.2017 of water metre no.1829. For rs.1, 100/- paid vide transaction id : uid cidco ws[protected], dated 06.11.2017 by sbi cr. Card, which shown outstanding in bill dt. 20.12.2017 & 21.02.2018.
It is therefore requested that in the cidco record got corrected and deducted the amount shown outstanding against my name. Others earlier bill payment i have paid by cash. Please improve your system to fallow the govt. Cashless programme.

There is severe shortage of water supplied by CIDCO is going on in kharghar sector-20. Societies are buying tanker water from private water suppliers due to the same. Interestingly tanker water is easily available in the market. There should be collusion between CIDCO water department officials & private water tanker suppliers. Also if water is not sufficiently available now, why CIDCO is allowing more buildings development in this area?...

I have allotted cidco ltd home by cidco lottery in the year 1993.in 1995 cidco given the possession. Due to some reason i am unable to pay the cidco loan amount but in the year 2016 i have paid the cidco ltd loan amount and get noc from them, after that i have put for supplementary between cidco ltd. And me but cidco not given the noc because cidco said that you file from our record was misplaced please provide your file details along with you we will process for reconstruction of file after completion we will think and give you the noc. I have submitted affidavit to cidco along with the all details document which i have for reconstruction of file.
Due to this cidco ltd published the notice in local news paper asking no one having the objection to process of deed of supplementary agreement. But one person put the objection that this flat was sold to us and i have all the paper please do not provide the noc. Cidco limited not able to provide the noc because due to objection taken.

Due to this i have inform the cidco that i have already filed the suit with object part and judgement in our side. I have submitted the judgement details to cidco limited already when i have given the document for reconstruction of file.

Cidco not giving noc for supplementary agreement because some one taken the objection.

Kindly advise what i have to do.

Dear sir,
Just to bring out to your notice that condition of roads in sector 10 kharghar is in pathetic conditions, drinage work was carried last 15 days back near monarch building road and left this road as its it, looks as if we are living in clean city tag what kharghar got, the road condition is very bad and garbage which are thrown every where in the corner. Which is causing a tough time for the people to drive on such a pathetic condition of roads and full of dust and polluted, no authority to take care of this road.
Plz take necessary action at the earliest
