We have pay 75000 rupees in Dec' 22 as a EMD amount & CIDCO day by day extended the date of Regiatration/Payment/Draw the lottery why they stuck our EMD amount if they have not proper management than why they issue the lottery system why we common people suffering bcs of them....

I haven't received my refund for Aug'22 lottery

Water is not supplied regularly in Sector 9 Khanda Colony, New Panvel West Navi Mumbai Plot 52 for the last 25 months. Since Dec 2020 every week on Monday and Tuesday there is no water supply citing no reasons. Overall there was no water supply for 9 days in Dec 20, 8 days each in Jan 21 and Feb 21, 10 days in Mar, 11 days in Apr, 15 days each in May and Jun, 5 days in Jul, 6 days in Aug, 2 days in Sep, 3 days in Oct, 1 day in Nov, 2 days...

Hi. I am a resident of sector 3 ornet heights ulwe which is near the agri Koli circle. We have people throwing garbage near our building which has resulted in huge pile of garbage and increase in mosquito infestation. There are no garbage pick up facilities or garbage bins for the ulwe village people in sector three and they throw the garbage on streets randomly. Please can you look into this....

CIDCO parking lot for 4 wheelers are looting public with unauthorized charges. CIDCO approved fare is Rs10 (round figure) for every 4 hours. But the parking people are charging Rs.30/- for half hour.
The fare of Rs.30/- as charges is mentioned no where on the notice board of the parking lot or on the receipt. The receipt seems to be fake and not authorized by CIDCO.
We as public are ready to pay if the new fares or the actual...

I have visited grand central mall and parked my vehicle in seawood railway station parking. And observed that no one has been wearing any uniform or dress code but they are collecting money from bike and car owners. Parking employees should be wear the same dress code. It will be easy for vehicles owner to identify them. Right now we are not able to identify them who is the parking owner and employee.

I have visited Belapur railway station parking and it has observed that the parking area is not cleaned properly. Everywhere there is some trash, garbage and dry waste are lying. If you are charging the parking money from vehicle owners then the parking area should be maintained clean and tidy. But the area is surrounded with junk, scrap and dried grass.

Still not receive my refund amount or a single communication or reply from CIDCO authorities.

I received notice from CIDCO Navi Mumbai dt 16/11/2022 no. CIDCO/Vasahat(Washi)/2022/527 and 528 and after receipt of the same I sent written reply by RPAD on dt 24/11/2022. But your respective office refuse to accept the same and it received back to me with remark "REFUSE" which is very surprising to me. I am also trying to call respective department on phone number given on website but no one answer the same.

I am writing again on behalf of Shiv Ornate CHS Ltd., Plot no C 41, Sector 8 Ulwe. As I mentioned in my previous complaint the garbage collection from my society is not happening for 4 days...there is no place to store the garbage for 4 days. If you can not provide services then why are you charging service charges on monthly basis.
There is no improvement after complaints then what is the meaning of...
