I reside in sector 35f. a new building is being constructed for the last 3 years. of late the noise from the construction stretches from 6.30 am to 10 pm and complaints to the supervisors of the builder are to no avail. can the cidco inform us the timings of construction activity in residential areas that are permitted. please let us know the address and telephone of the authorities to whom compliants can be made.

I reside at Plot No 36, Flat no 202, Laxmi Apartment, Sector 22, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. 410209. Our building is having tremendous water shortage issue. In individual house we only get 30 mins of water in 24 hours time frame. This is getting very difficult for all o[censored]s. It's been told by our society members that we are not receiving enough water through CIDCO. Please look into this.

There is a railway crossing in between the road connecting taloja panchanand, phase 1, navi mumbai and nh4/ kharghar. Most of the time there is heavy traffic and people get stuck for almost half an hour sometimes because of the regular movement of indian railways carrying cargo & passengers. It is very much required that a subway or underground road to avoid the railway track needs to be made on urgent basis so that movement of vehicles due to the railways donot get stuck. There are so many working people with school going childrens have shifted to taloja phase 1 recently, but because of the traffic jam in the railway crossing everyday, it has become a nightmare. Request cidco, to look into the matter very urgently.

It is very pathetic to see the plight of kharghar with so many wastes lying in all parts of kharghar.for the last 5 days no waste vehicle has come to pick up all the wastes, especially in this rainy season... this will lead to dieases...
hope the authorities are aware and take some action.
seriously it is high time to give a thought to waste management.the development and population is increasing at a great speed.If cidco does not have that many staff to deal, it should outsource ...Please ensure lifting of all the wastes lying near sector-19, 20-21.

Garbage is not pick up for last 5 days from kamothe sector 25 plot 18

Dear Sir/ Madam,

It is humble request to all garbage govt employees to get the garbage pick from kamothe sector 25 near JNPT road. The garbage is not picked for last 5 days, during rainy season the diseases and the bad ardour keep spreading.

Request you all to keep the kamothe sector 25 clean ...

I am a resident of F Block (Row Houses), Sector 12, Near Gokhale School, Kharghar. We are experiencing massive water logging in our lane, especially outside our house. Understand that all the gutters are chocked and hence, the water is overflowing on the road. This has resulted in lots of mosquitoes in the area making the area susceptible to diseases like Malaria.

Further, the road also had huge potholes with no street light since last two weeks, which makes walking on road at night a big trouble.

Request an urgent intervention in the matter to resolve the issue at the earliest, considering this is just the start of monsoon season.

Sir, i am resident of raghunath vihar sector 14 kharghar. Since feb 2016 our soceity has cut down water supply and providing us only few hours of water supply, stating that cidco is sending only little water to our soceity l. While the whole khatgharbis getting 24 hours water supply only our society has this weird problem. This leads to so many tensions as we have water during peak hours. Please kindly help us to find why our soceity is receiving less water when compared to others

Dear sir/ madam
I, m digambar shinde visited at cidco waluj office purpose of water bill of my won house (B27/1 lig) that time mr.
Dhale & gurjar (Account officer & clerk) available in office. Im demand water bill of my house that time officer says me give the written application with id proof i don’t know why he demand application?
I think that is not rule of application if any rule please curricular for citizen. I’m accepted his demand & given written application to officer after application officer given water bill & service charge which is same from last 6 month due to record not updated. Last 3 month i had paid same amount for water bill. Its mean not effectively work on going in accounts department.
Please look in this matter & take necessary action.

I am a resident of Kharghar Sector-12, From last one and half month there is no street light in sector 12 near prime mall (HDFC lane), We have made several complaints and it has been attended but it work for one or two days. This street is totally dark in the night and scary to pass alone.

Request you to kindly resolve and provide permanent solution.

I would like to bring this issue in front of cidco & msedc official that i have moved to taloja phase 1 in last 6-8 months back & since then continuously facing issue related to 'electricity supply'. After few days of staying here i came to know there is a proper electricity load shading by msedc.

Don't know as to what is exact reason for load shading but i really feel cheated just because whoever has purchased a flat in taloja phase 1 have paid the 'full development' charges for these facilities to the builder & considering that we should be provided the basic facilities like electricity without any load shading or some other rubbish reason. (Hope we are in 2016 & not in 1960).

I do find there are 'schools' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'hospitals' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'banks' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'shops' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'hotels' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'market' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'place of worship' in the taloja phase 1

& on top of that i do find there are approximately '[protected]' people living currently in this area & the no. Is growing day by day.

Also note that there exists some street lights poles but they are not functional all time. Some of them glow some time & some don't glow.
Waste of resources & poor build i could say.

Requesting concern official to please take a note of my complaint & do the needful.

We resident of taloja phase 1 are ready to 'pay' for the services provided by msedc.

Please supply the uninterrupted electricity & adequate street light in taloja phase 1 area.

for connectivity of taloja panchanand phase 1 from kharghar. due to railway crossing and heavy traffic on highway it is very difficult to travel. even school buses are not ready to come there because of railway crossing and auto not ready to go or ask for extra money. it is very difficult for ladies and kids especially in night...please do for subway railway crossing .

I am resident o[censored]lwe sector 2. I use to go to Belapur daily. There are thousands of people like me . Unnecessarily all have to travel 4 to 5 kilometers extra via sector 19. This is nothing but the national loss of fuel as well as manhours.
Only piece of about 200 meter is remaining so as connect 30 mtr northside road to belapur-uran highway.
sir you are requsted to look into the matter.

The Flow of water from CIDCO water supply line at our building is very slow, probably water meter is rotating quite slow. because of this reason the water tank is not getting filled fully & society is facing water crisis quite often.

it was observed in other buildings that water meter is running is quite good speed there.

Please have a check & if require repair or replace water meter urgently.

This is mahendra patil, durga sadan, plot 176 sector 13. Out sociaty and other sociaty of sector 13 face tremendous water supply problem
We call every day cidaco person rajesh hathware for start water supply . Till time he didnot start water supply .
I observed that in other sector of kharghar get 12 hr water supply but for sector 13 they are not providing sufficient water supply.
We get insufficient water for daily usage .
Please look in to this.

I stay in neelsidhi amrante in kalamboli secror 9E. The air pollution and pungent smell here at night and early morning is un bearable.. its a pity that none of the officials care about this. I hope they relialise that this will affect their kids as well. Pls take necessary action

To whomsoever it may concern, I want bring to everyone's notice about the water problem in taloja panchanand. The water supply is very less. Whosoever is responsible to work on this, kindly take immediate action as water is the basic necessity to survive.
