I am a resident of Kharghar Sector-12, From last one and half month there is no street light in sector 12 near prime mall (HDFC lane), We have made several complaints and it has been attended but it work for one or two days. This street is totally dark in the night and scary to pass alone.

Request you to kindly resolve and provide permanent solution.

Dear authority,

I would like to bring this issue in front of cidco & msedc official that i have moved to taloja phase 1 in last 6-8 months back & since then continuously facing issue related to 'electricity supply'. After few days of staying here i came to know there is a proper electricity load shading by msedc.

Don't know as to what is exact reason for load shading but i really feel cheated just because whoever has purchased a flat in taloja phase 1 have paid the 'full development' charges for these facilities to the builder & considering that we should be provided the basic facilities like electricity without any load shading or some other rubbish reason. (Hope we are in 2016 & not in 1960).

I do find there are 'schools' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'hospitals' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'banks' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'shops' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'hotels' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'market' in the taloja phase 1
I do find there are 'place of worship' in the taloja phase 1

& on top of that i do find there are approximately '[protected]' people living currently in this area & the no. Is growing day by day.

Also note that there exists some street lights poles but they are not functional all time. Some of them glow some time & some don't glow.
Waste of resources & poor build i could say.

Requesting concern official to please take a note of my complaint & do the needful.

We resident of taloja phase 1 are ready to 'pay' for the services provided by msedc.

Please supply the uninterrupted electricity & adequate street light in taloja phase 1 area.

for connectivity of taloja panchanand phase 1 from kharghar. due to railway crossing and heavy traffic on highway it is very difficult to travel. even school buses are not ready to come there because of railway crossing and auto not ready to go or ask for extra money. it is very difficult for ladies and kids especially in night...please do for subway railway crossing .

Deat Sir,
I am resident o[censored]lwe sector 2. I use to go to Belapur daily. There are thousands of people like me . Unnecessarily all have to travel 4 to 5 kilometers extra via sector 19. This is nothing but the national loss of fuel as well as manhours.
Only piece of about 200 meter is remaining so as connect 30 mtr northside road to belapur-uran highway.
sir you are requsted to look into the matter.

The Flow of water from CIDCO water supply line at our building is very slow, probably water meter is rotating quite slow. because of this reason the water tank is not getting filled fully & society is facing water crisis quite often.

it was observed in other buildings that water meter is running is quite good speed there.

Please have a check & if require repair or replace water meter urgently.

This is mahendra patil, durga sadan, plot 176 sector 13. Out sociaty and other sociaty of sector 13 face tremendous water supply problem
We call every day cidaco person rajesh hathware for start water supply . Till time he didnot start water supply .
I observed that in other sector of kharghar get 12 hr water supply but for sector 13 they are not providing sufficient water supply.
We get insufficient water for daily usage .
Please look in to this.

I stay in neelsidhi amrante in kalamboli secror 9E. The air pollution and pungent smell here at night and early morning is un bearable.. its a pity that none of the officials care about this. I hope they relialise that this will affect their kids as well. Pls take necessary action

आमच्या इथे सोसायटी चेअरमन खुप मनमानी करतात. पाण्याचा पण खुप अपव्यय करतात. झाडांना पाणी असे टाकतात जसे अंघोळ घालतात. त्यात पार्किंग मध्ये लावलेल्या गाडया पण खराब होतात. ते सांगायला गेले की म्हणतात कोऑपरेट करा नाहीतर गाडी गेटच्या बाहेर लावा. भाडेकरूंना खुप त्रास देतात. सोसायटीच्या आवारात बनवलेल्या बाकावर भाडेकरूंनी बसायचे नाही असे सांगतात. जर बसलेले आढळले तर उठवुन लावतात. कृपया आम्हा भाडेकरूंना होणारया हया अत्याचारा पासून वाचवावे. तुम्ही या तक्रारीची जलद दखल घेऊन आम्हाला न्याय मिळवुन द्याल अशी आशा करतो.

To whomsoever it may concern, I want bring to everyone's notice about the water problem in taloja panchanand. The water supply is very less. Whosoever is responsible to work on this, kindly take immediate action as water is the basic necessity to survive.

Hello sir. I am resident of sector -11kharghar. Renuka cha. Plot-33. Want to complain that garbage collection van frequency is very very poor in the area .they comes once in a week leaving unhygienic roads and footpath for many days. Urge immediate action

More and more families have started residing in roadpali. But still there is no proper public transport facility from roadpali to nearest railway station i. E kharghar or mansarovar. Commuting to nearest railway station has become very difficult for the people stating in roadpali.

At present there is only one bus no. 56 of nmmt which takes almost 20 to 25 minutes to reach mansarovar rly stn. Via kalamboli bus depot even though the distance from roadpali to kharghar or mansarovar rly stn is hardly 4 kms.

One has to depend on his own vehicle or this bus (No. 56 of nmmt) whose frequency is after every 20 minutes to reach rly stn.

If there is a bus to & fro from kalamboli bus depot to kharghar rly stn via roadpali road (I. E via sector - 20 roadpali & taloja phata on sion panvel expressway) one will reach kharghar stn within 10 to 12 minutes from kalamboli / roadpali.

Such bus service will also benefit lakhs of kalamboli and roadpali residents.

We request cidco and nmmt to start a bus to & fro from kalamboli to kharghar rly stn via sector - 20 & roadpali road / taloja phata at the earliest so that lakhs of people from roadpali and kalamboli will benefit. .

New Panvel Water Authority CIDCO Respected Sir/Madam, Me a resident of sector-5 New Panvel would like to bring to your notice the severe wastage of water due to the leakage of the main pipeline situated opposite the open area near D Mart in Sector -5 New Panvel.This pipeline leak which is located on the side of the road next to the steps of the railway bridge has been left unattended for more than a week and that too at a time when CIDCO water supply and rains, both are erratic. Hoping that it will be attended to at the earliest and checkup done routinely. Regards, A concerned citizen

Sir i am resident of millennium towers bldg D2 right in back side of this bulding we can se over flowing selvage water all through out the year which is breeding place for mosquito because of this we face many expenses like pest control then we get maleria dengu etc we pay to doctors inspite of so many times no work has been under taken to cover this open gutter As usual i know this will also fall on deaf years without any result but am hoping n praying to god that some miracle should happen cause we have lost all hopes in cidco only god can now save us from so many problems and rising expenses once again am thanking you for providing such nice facility for which no other building have

Siddhivinayak Heights a project by Saraswati Construction at Sector 20, Plot No.47. Builder is playing with money and life of the flat owners. As per agreement he will provide good quality of lift. The lift is installed, is not working properly, members are using lift with fear. Eros (Lift Company) & builder will be responsible if any incident happened.The lift was shut down is last month for 12 days, now again lift is shut down. We request u to take action against builder & insist them to complet the other work as per plan submitted to U. Pls fix the time period to obtain OC with the panelty. There must be time period between CC and OC. Pls don`t sanction other project, before completing the previous projects sanctioned by U.

On 30th June, 2015, In sector 11, Kharghar, there has been vast cutting of trees without any regulation. The CIDCO employees/contractors are cutting down all trees to the trunk and are claiming that they are only "trimming" the tree. To my knowledge, such cutting of trees is not permissible by the forest department. The concerned department of CIDCO claims that they have not given any sort of permission and have told us to contact somebody else. Nobody is taking responsibility. Is there anybody to take note and take action? Enclosure: I have attached photographs of a tree already cut and the workers cutting other trees.

The CIDCO workers have been cutting all branches of large trees in the name of trimming . this is in sector 11 Kharghar. on complaining to CIDCO office each department is firstly unaware of any such orders and is passing the buck to another department. would want to know who is responsible for giving orders for indiscriminate cutting of trees.

M row, behind modern school in Sector 7, Vashi has been getting yellow coloured tap water since 21st June. It remains yellow even after filtering or boiling. We are scared to drink it suspecting some toxic material contamination. Please investigate as soon as possible.

Respected Sir/Madam, For your kind information and action. All Garbage is spread out across the road & also sometimes the garbage is kept for 2-3 days which is very inhygenic for the whole society and locality. Due to these we are facing lots of problem also it is causing our health. Kindly look after this method immediately as nowadays lots of cases are of malaria as well as dengue. Thanking you.
