Almost more than 500 Families reside in Roadpali Navi Mumbai. But the residents for their leisure activities do not have any Park, Gardens, Playground. We the residents of Roadpali request CIDOC to make arrangements to develop Gardens, Parks, Sports academy and Playground. CIDCO should also make arrangements to develop this Node with basic infrastructure such as proper roads, Street lights, bus services to the nearest railway station viz Kharghar and Mansarovar. We also request CIDCO to undertake PLANTATION OF TREES, so that the residents are blessed with natural & green surroundings

This is to inform you that in the night, the turning to Taloja Panchanand Phase-I turning while coming from Kalamboli is not tracable. Many a times public go much forward before the turning to Taloja as the area is not having any light on the road. Its too dark and being highway, its too dangerous for everybody to drive or take turn at such a important location. Its a request to CIDCO to mark the Taloja Panchanand Phase-I turning point on the highway and make easy movement for all concerned abou CIDCO. Warm Regards, Hiraman M Dhapodkar

Dear, We baught a flat in sec 17 ulwe there is no transportation, security and no street light than alsoo builder is asking to take possession and pay 440k society charge maintenance charcharge and ii[censored] want to sell pay rs 100 psf what should we do.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am owner of a flat sector 10, Phase 1, Taloje Panchanand, Maharashtra. We are facing short water supply since last month. Cidco does not provide any prior notice and directly reduced the water supply. Thanks & Regards Tahir Mukadam

There is huge problem for crossing the track in taloja phase i as well as taloja phaseii. Many families are staying there. There are almost 1000 families staying there. People have to wait for longer time for crossing the track. If the construction of bridge from taloja to kharghar is completed soon then it is good for the people travel to kharghar station directly from the bridge.
Why the construction of bridge is pending?
Since cidco is constructing the buildings in kharghar there is huge development there? Why not the development can be done in taloja.? Why it is pending so? Why no one is initiating for constructing the bridge from taloja to kharghar.
Please complete the construction of bridge as soon as possible in taloja to kharghar for the convinience for people in traveling.

Dear Sir, I purchased commercial property in Kamothe, during month of October, I paid 100% payment to the builder. Still waiting for OC, builder told delay from CIDCO administration. After 16th October, 2014 there is no any OC issued from CIDCO. Need clarification why too much delay. Regards, Mohamed Ismail

Dear Sir, This complaint is regarding water supply officials in CIDCO (Kamothe area), I belong to the Moreshwar Dham CHS Ltd., from last 6 months we are facing water supply problems. We have spoken to CIDCO officials in water supply department but no one is replying problem on the issues and still the situation is same. Even in last few weeks the water supply condition has gone worst, now the situation is that we are receiving water in two days that also for 3-4 hrs with low pressure. The reason for this situation is because of reason mentioned below: 1. CIDCO is not supplying sufficient water supply to this area 2. Many buildings in this area has fit boosters in their water connection, because of which they suck all the water in the pipeline and buildings with no-boosters has to suffer the effects for the same. Infact this is CIDCO's responsibilty to check for the boosters and remove them and put penalty on the buildings. Request you to please look into the matter and resolve ASAP, since water is the life for human being. it is the basis need which the government authorities / government organisation has to resolve. The builder has delayed posession and is informing that he has put up the case for OC approval and the delay is happening at CIDCO level. Please guide me on how to I verify if the builder is giving correct information. If you can help me with the OC status of the construction, then it would be of great help. There is a huge illegal encroachment opposite sector 35 Kharghar (in the area demarcated as high FSI zone by CIDCO in the future in its developmental plan). About a year and a half back some persons have demarcated a large area and build a boundary wall along with gate in this area. This is an area where an up-coming metro station is planned in the future and metro construction is in full swing. The illegal encroachment is said to be a burial ground (cemetry) belonging to a particular community. How can a burial ground a build in a residential area and especially when it is demarcated as a high FSI zone in CIDCO developmental plan. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

Staff at Rigadh Bhavan do not co-operate with the people. For any queries related to documents they give different list every time. I met a lady who instead of giving required information, directly says to come through Agent. It becomes very frustrating to get some simple documents from them even after providing all the documents. Because of that people are forced to go through agents & spending unnecessary charges.

BSNL officer refused me for giving new connection, the strange thing is that my neighbour is having BSNL landline as well as Broadband connection.BSNL officer giving excuses that they do not having extra connection point so they are not ready to give me connection. Leakage in residential flat Sub; compalint - Faulty construction of kitchen o[censored]pper flat and continuous leaksge in my kitchen sealing. Ref-building No.M1, FLAT No, 3and 4 scheme DR 87 Tenant code 3254. Dear Sir, I am owner of flat M1/3.spaghetti chs, Spaghetti Mass Housing Complex, Sector 15, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. I wish to bring again to your notice that the kitchen of my residential flat no.3 started heavy leaking from the top of the kitchen of the flat no. 7 of M1. Iam finding very difficult and suffering from mental agony as it is impossible to use the kitchen in either of my flats as dirty water is dripping continuous on my food, while cooking and my fridge has undergone repairs twice due to the said leakage.Now I and my children are living insecure because any time may get any sick due to the dirty water drip in our food. because of the recent raining, the leakage has become most worse and I closed the kitchen activities. Moreover, since the last 8 years I have not yet done the painting work of my residence because of this continuous leakage from the kitchen of both flats.I have approached the authority of society also and no response has received till today.Before this complaint I had put one more complaint in kharghar cidco office on 12/10/10, Inward no.1192/EE{KHR, HSG-1].No action has done till today. If this will not get solve, the study of mychild girl will affect and her future and right will be in dark. Hello, one of the builder in Panvel -"Hindustan Homes" off-near Panvel station, Adi sakti co-op.hsg soc ltd, near karnal bank. they accepting the booking for flat after recieving the 50% of the contract amount, now it is 2.5 year crossed, but no flats are provided nor construction are completed, now there doubt on the genuineness of the builder. Can you confirm the genuineness of the builder and whether project (Bhonset, chiple) is approved by CIDCO, because all investors are lower income group, they don't have the idea about procedure of documentation. we are request you to check on our behalf.

Because you are saying this is 21st centuries neat, clean, green, and well plan city but here we are looking very ugly and dirty city, your enshrinement department campaning and demolishing unathorised hawkers but but after your team went they are doing same things against. So my hunbli request you that why are you not give permenent solutions. because some people behind that and they are get money and that is the thems earing sourse, please do perment solutions as per the law and do free all phootpath permenently and stood theire signboard, not for hawkerzone and anybody doing that we will take legal actions. Please campain and anoice into newpaper, electronic media and laoud speeker, because if you are not took action now then it will become a biger problem infuture as like happen in old mumbai so please take action as early as possible permenentaly

Hello. Since last 5-6 months there are frequent untimely & limitless duration power failure issues in sector 14, Taloja Panchanand navi mumbai. Streetlights are comissioned since last 06 months but the same are OFF till date. Request you to look in to the above issues on priority.

Road repair work is in progress in Kharghar sector 6, Navimumbai. The materials used for repair are of very poor quality the work standard is also very poor. This has become an a Annual routine. I guess the contractor is either cheating Cidco or Cidco is cheating us

Our Apartment(Sadashiv Dattatray Complex-B Wing, 90 feet road, Kargil Nagar, Nr Manvel pada talav, Virar East) located at Virar East are not having OC and register Development Agreement Certificate due to the Builder's (Prashant Patil) negligence. Secondly, we are having a common water supply tank which supplies water to all buildings and apartments as a result of which we do not get adequate water supply. As per our demand we should get separate water storage tank to overcome this issue. Thirdly, we are not able to register our society as the builder has not provide us the adequate documents. Please look into it.

Dear Cidco, Pls. interfere our Builder Mr. Parmar of Sierra Galaxy, Plot no 17a, sector 22 . Near Aishwarya hotel is not allowing Occupancy certificate to the residents. If as a common man we ask him. He has employed payed Gundas through whihc he talks to us. Kindly interfere
