There is a huge illegal encroachment opposite sector 35 Kharghar (in the area demarcated as high FSI zone by CIDCO in the future in its developmental plan). About a year and a half back some persons have demarcated a large area and build a boundary wall along with gate in this area. This is an area where an up-coming metro station is planned in the future and metro construction is in full swing. The illegal encroachment is said to be a burial ground (cemetry) belonging to a particular community. How can a burial ground a build in a residential area and especially when it is demarcated as a high FSI zone in CIDCO developmental plan. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

Staff at Rigadh Bhavan do not co-operate with the people. For any queries related to documents they give different list every time. I met a lady who instead of giving required information, directly says to come through Agent. It becomes very frustrating to get some simple documents from them even after providing all the documents. Because of that people are forced to go through agents & spending unnecessary charges.

Hello, My Name is Samadhan Patil, I proposing a new BSNL land lineand Broadband connection in BSNL office Nashik Cidco Branch. BSNL officer refused me for giving new connection, the strange thing is that my neighbour is having BSNL landline as well as Broadband connection.BSNL officer giving excuses that they do not having extra connection point so they are not ready to give me connection. Leakage in residential flat Sub; compalint - Faulty construction of kitchen o[censored]pper flat and continuous leaksge in my kitchen sealing. Ref-building No.M1, FLAT No, 3and 4 scheme DR 87 Tenant code 3254. Dear Sir, I am owner of flat M1/3.spaghetti chs, Spaghetti Mass Housing Complex, Sector 15, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. I wish to bring again to your notice that the kitchen of my residential flat no.3 started heavy leaking from the top of the kitchen of the flat no. 7 of M1. Iam finding very difficult and suffering from mental agony as it is impossible to use the kitchen in either of my flats as dirty water is dripping continuous on my food, while cooking and my fridge has undergone repairs twice due to the said leakage.Now I and my children are living insecure because any time may get any sick due to the dirty water drip in our food. because of the recent raining, the leakage has become most worse and I closed the kitchen activities. Moreover, since the last 8 years I have not yet done the painting work of my residence because of this continuous leakage from the kitchen of both flats.I have approached the authority of society also and no response has received till today.Before this complaint I had put one more complaint in kharghar cidco office on 12/10/10, Inward no.1192/EE{KHR, HSG-1].No action has done till today. If this will not get solve, the study of mychild girl will affect and her future and right will be in dark. Hello, one of the builder in Panvel -"Hindustan Homes" off-near Panvel station, Adi sakti co-op.hsg soc ltd, near karnal bank. they accepting the booking for flat after recieving the 50% of the contract amount, now it is 2.5 year crossed, but no flats are provided nor construction are completed, now there doubt on the genuineness of the builder. Can you confirm the genuineness of the builder and whether project (Bhonset, chiple) is approved by CIDCO, because all investors are lower income group, they don't have the idea about procedure of documentation. we are request you to check on our behalf.

To, Man gin Director Sir, Please I have to humbly request you that please remove all cidco areas unauthorised hawkers, because they are make our city ugly, dirty, and getting very bad impression. Because you are saying this is 21st centuries neat, clean, green, and well plan city but here we are looking very ugly and dirty city, your enshrinement department campaning and demolishing unathorised hawkers but but after your team went they are doing same things against. Hello. Since last 5-6 months there are frequent untimely & limitless duration power failure issues in sector 14, Taloja Panchanand navi mumbai. Streetlights are comissioned since last 06 months but the same are OFF till date. Request you to look in to the above issues on priority.

Road repair work is in progress in Kharghar sector 6, Navimumbai. The materials used for repair are of very poor quality the work standard is also very poor. This has become an a Annual routine. I guess the contractor is either cheating Cidco or Cidco is cheating us

Our Apartment(Sadashiv Dattatray Complex-B Wing, 90 feet road, Kargil Nagar, Nr Manvel pada talav, Virar East) located at Virar East are not having OC and register Development Agreement Certificate due to the Builder's (Prashant Patil) negligence. Secondly, we are having a common water supply tank which supplies water to all buildings and apartments as a result of which we do not get adequate water supply. As per our demand we should get separate water storage tank to overcome this issue. Thirdly, we are not able to register our society as the builder has not provide us the adequate documents. Please look into it.

I live in Kharghar. maintenance of roads in Kharghar is CIDCO's responsibility. However, 90% of roads in Kharghar are in worse condition. Is there anyone who is accountable or responsible for the roads in Kharghar. I remember in 2009, I used to take pride in telling people about best condition of Kharghar Roads. Hello CIDCO, I would like to bring your attention to malpractices carried out at Vashi Pay and park contracted to A.A.Auctioneers and contractors PVT Ltd. Surprisingly this company does not print rates on their parking tickets making customers very vulnerable. I have attached a parking receipt for your kind pursual.Please read below the email that I sent to this company a few days back Hello Mr Khan, I have attached the receipt with this email.Please note that for privacy purposes I have covered my plate number. At this point I dont think that site supervisor will be able to help as the receipt itself is not upto the mark.It does not have parking rates on either side which makes the vehicle owner vulnerable at the time of payment.Frankly speaking I havent seen such parking ticket in my life time.I am still not able to understand nor your employees were able to tell me how the vehicles where charged.The gate of pay and park had a few words painted except the parking rates.Your employees do not carry ID cards making such cases more complicated.Please note that your employee didnt enter "time in" at my arrival and started asking for rs 20 at my departure.On being argued regarding parking rates the below conversation took place, Me to yogesh (I dont even know if thats his real name or he was trying to implicate some other employee) - 20 rs kaisae hua?appkae parking rates kahan hain? Yogesh to the employee who receipted me at my arrival - Kab aayae yae? employee : abhi thodi der pahlae aayae. Yogesh(enters "time in" and writes 10 rs on the receipt) to me - sir 10 rs hua hai. me to yogesh and other employee - aapka naam kya hai?koi ID hai?Manager kaha hai? Yogesh - Mera naam Yogesh hai manager kal subah aayngae. I believe I have explained more than enough to give you an idea how ridiculously things work at vashi pay and park.Please let me know if your company is ready to change the way it works and if yes how much time will it take to make necessary changes? Dear Sir, I am a resident of Millennium Avanish, Sec 10-A, Airoli. I would like to bring to your Notice, that there has been illegal encroachment and slum development on the CIDCO land, adjoining my building. Please note this land has been has been marked for International Diplomatic Enclave (IDE). The number of slums are increasing by the day and there has been dumping of construction waste, garbage on this land. This has piled up and has become a thriving round for mosquitoes. Also the foul smell emanating from it at night and early morning is leading to unhygienic living condition. This garbage is not collected by NMMC trucks. This has been coupled by stray dog problems who feed upon the garbage dumped. Many residents in Sec-10 A and Sec- 9 have become victim to Dengu and Malaria. This land as per CIDCO plan is marked for Park (please find attached snapshot as per IDE brochure) We request you to kindly take cognizance of this issue on priority and look at moving the slums, disposal of heaps of garbage piled in the said area and restoration of this land by removing the garbage and wild plants. We will be happy to work with CIDCO officials in development of a public garden as responsible citizens

For the past 4 months the water supply to our society -BHOOMI DHARA, Plot 4 & 4A, Sector 6, Kamothe, is very poor. It is decreasing day by day. The basic requirements are not met. Complaints have been lodged at the local CIDCO office (water pumping center) in Kamothe. However, there is no improvement. Deaar Sir/Ma'am, The node between Sec 25 and Sec-21, Kamothe which is joined by a bridge has a huge amount of garbage collected which is a threat to the morning joggers as well as the commuters who commute from the place. It is clearly unhygienic for the residents of the place. Today I saw an article on Navi Mumbai where CIDCO appointed MITCON for clearing up the garbage from Kharghar. It is really good to see the work was sincerely completed in short time. I have a faith in CIDCO and I hope the place will be cleared up soon and the residents of Kamothe would be able to breath free air again around the place. There is also a high possibility that after clearing up the place the place might get dirty again due to people throwing up waste there and hence CIDCO can come up with plans to make it a zone where there is a prohibition on throwing garbage and the person who is found doing that will be punishable. Respected Sir, I would like to bring to your notice an illegal construction that is happening at the old CIDCO OFFICE plot near public railway bridge, behind traffic bar in Khairane Village. The old CIDCO building is being demolished for this very purpose. The people responsible for this are Mr. Ibrahim Ali Saab Patel alias Eba and his two sons Siraj Patel and Imtiyaz Patel, who have also been renting out the old building to tenants. There have been several complaints against this nefarious activity, but all that happens is a site visit by CIDCO authorities during which time the construction stops.
