Dear Sir, It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of acute water shortage for last 1 month. Water supply has been extremely poor on day to day basis making our lives miserable. Quite often, water supply is so scanty that it is not sufficient for day to day use such as cooking, washing etc. Sometimes water is supplied for only for half an hour and sometimes we have to wait the whole day for water. I therefore, on behalf of our locality request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to restore proper supply of water on regular basis. All...

I live in Kharghar. maintenance of roads in Kharghar is CIDCO's responsibility. However, 90% of roads in Kharghar are in worse condition. Is there anyone who is accountable or responsible for the roads in Kharghar. I remember in 2009, I used to take pride in telling people about best condition of Kharghar Roads. Hope somebody will see this complaint & take some action

Hello CIDCO, I would like to bring your attention to malpractices carried out at Vashi Pay and park contracted to A.A.Auctioneers and contractors PVT Ltd. Surprisingly this company does not print rates on their parking tickets making customers very vulnerable. I have attached a parking receipt for your kind pursual. Please read below the email that I sent to this company a few days back Hello Mr Khan, I have attached the receipt with this email. Please note that for privacy purposes I have covered my plate number. At this point I dont think that site supervisor will be able to help as the receipt itself is not upto the mark.It does not have parking rates on either side which makes the vehicle owner vulnerable at the time of payment.Frankly speaking I havent seen such parking ticket in my life time.I am still not able to understand nor your employees were able to tell me how the vehicles where charged. The gate of pay and park had a few words painted except the parking rates.Your employees do not carry ID cards making such cases more complicated. Please note that your employee didnt enter "time in" at my arrival and started asking for rs 20 at my departure. On being argued regarding parking rates the below conversation took place, Me to yogesh (I dont even know if thats his real name or he was trying to implicate some other employee) - 20 rs kaisae hua?appkae parking rates kahan hain? Yogesh to the employee who receipted me at my arrival - Kab aayae yae? employee : abhi thodi der pahlae aayae. Yogesh(enters "time in" and writes 10 rs on the receipt) to me - sir 10 rs hua hai. me to yogesh and other employee - aapka naam kya hai?koi ID hai?Manager kaha hai? Yogesh - Mera naam Yogesh hai manager kal subah aayngae. I believe I have explained more than enough to give you an idea how ridiculously things work at vashi pay and park. Please let me know if your company is ready to change the way it works and if yes how much time will it take to make necessary changes? If you can not then I have to choose my other options to make things better.

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Millennium Avanish, Sec 10-A, Airoli. I would like to bring to your Notice, that there has been illegal encroachment and slum development on the CIDCO land, adjoining my building. Please note this land has been has been marked for International Diplomatic Enclave (IDE). The number of slums are increasing by the day and there has been dumping of construction waste, garbage on this land. This has piled up and has become a thriving round for mosquitoes. Also the foul smell emanating from it at night and early morning is leading to unhygienic living condition. This garbage is not collected by NMMC trucks. This has been coupled by stray dog problems who feed upon the garbage dumped. Many residents in Sec-10 A and Sec- 9 have become victim to Dengu and Malaria. This land as per CIDCO plan is marked for Park (please find attached snapshot as per IDE brochure) We request you to kindly take cognizance of this issue on priority and look at moving the slums, disposal of heaps of garbage piled in the said area and restoration of this land by removing the garbage and wild plants. We will be happy to work with CIDCO officials in development of a public garden as responsible citizens

Deaar Sir/Ma'am, The node between Sec 25 and Sec-21, Kamothe which is joined by a bridge has a huge amount of garbage collected which is a threat to the morning joggers as well as the commuters who commute from the place. It is clearly unhygienic for the residents of the place. Today I saw an article on Navi Mumbai where CIDCO appointed MITCON for clearing up the garbage from Kharghar. It is really good to see the work was sincerely completed in short time. I have a faith in CIDCO and I hope the place will be cleared up soon and the residents of Kamothe would be able to breath free air again around the place. There is also a high possibility that after clearing up the place the place might get dirty again due to people throwing up waste there and hence CIDCO can come up with plans to make it a zone where there is a prohibition on throwing garbage and the person who is found doing that will be punishable. We will be happy to cooperate. Thank You! Sincerely, On Be-half of Residents of Kamothe

We are commercial premises holder at Juinagar, station, Navi Mumbai. We like to draw your attention at following points, which requires immediate action. [1] There is no proper drinking water arrangement in the complex. [2] Public toilets are not at all in condition, most of the times no water supply from storage tank. [3] There are no individual water connection in each premises, which causes lots of problem for drinking water. [4] Since there is no water connection, why shop/commercial premises holders are charged for water in separate bill? Please clarify above immediately. Thanks Hiten Parekh

Respected Sir, I would like to bring to your notice an illegal construction that is happening at the old CIDCO OFFICE plot near public railway bridge, behind traffic bar in Khairane Village. The old CIDCO building is being demolished for this very purpose. The people responsible for this are Mr. Ibrahim Ali Saab Patel alias Eba and his two sons Siraj Patel and Imtiyaz Patel, who have also been renting out the old building to tenants. There have been several complaints against this nefarious activity, but all that happens is a site visit by CIDCO authorities during which time the construction stops. I would request you to kindly take the strictest possible action against the concerned parties. Thanking You

Will anyone look into the transportation issue of roadpali sector 20. There is no public transportation i.E. Nmmt/best buses or even autorikshaws in roadpali. We have to walk upto the highway to catch a bus to the nearest railway station i.E. Kharghar & to other destinations. Why this apathy with "roadplai". About 400 families are residing in these sectors wihtout basic infrastructures. We had to face a lot of hurdles in the current monsoon season.
Roads in the entire node is damaged and needs to be asphalted.
                      There is no garden.
                      No platground.
Entire storm water drain system is damaged or chocked.

We are also humanbeings please look at the issues.

These issues are still not resolved. Now in addition to the above there are a few many cases of MALARIA in the area. Will the CIDCO health department will give immediate attention on the woes of MOSQUITOES.

There is a temple in building Advance Galaxy, Shop no. 1, plot no.47, sector 20, Kharghar. It's a residential area and it's shop has been converted to a temple with an encroachment of frond open space of setback of building. They play bhajans and artis on loudspeaker in full volume twice a day. Also on some festive days whole day they play music on loudspeaker. Not only this, but also personal birthdays are celebrated on loudspeaker many times. We being neighbour in adjoining building are troubled the most. We tried to pursued them with polite request but for not no use. We including many more neighbours get disturbed when their loudspeaker plays in full volume. We also made police complaint but they said its CIDCO's jurisdiction. Talking to the secretary of that building didn't help. Kindly help us out. Thanks & regards

Dear Sir, This is with reference to the construction/repairing work on Kharghar Bridge on Sion Panvel Highway.I am a resident of Kharghar - Sector - 02 and i have been witnessing a large no of accidents on this bridge, occurring almost on a daily basis due to the repairing work going on in the bridge by some workers. People are driving cars at full speed on the bridge and suddenly at the middle, a board comes up asking them to divert / slow down, resulting in head-on collision by subsequent cars in a row. As a result, many cars are getting damaged and lives are being put at stake. This is due to the faulty design of the warning system put up to divert/slow down. This should be initiated from the start of the bridge and not in the middle where the drivers are caught unawares. This is turning into a massacre. I strongly urge you to look into the matter and ask for suitable remedies, hold the party responsible and fine them heavily. Its getting very tough to witness such huge number of accidents on a daily basis going unnoticed. Even the police authorities / security personnel are of no help here. Hoping for quick recovery and action.

Respected Sir, I'm a resident of Taloja-Panchanand Phase-1, there are loads of serious issues concerning this CIDCO administered area, first there is regular Load Shedding, Power breakdown at regular intervals, Street Lights are still not functioning even after poles were layed 18 months back etc. Now every day Water Meter theft are reported in this area, our society Water Meter was one of them. After complaining the Water theft issue at MIDC Police Station they were unaware of theft issue as it was not reported to them. It was noticed that there is no Police beat Marshall in our area and no Police Chowky for resident safety. I'm have been doing continues follow-up with MSEB and CIDCO officials for problem related to this area, but they are least concern about our problems. We will need Anna Hazare like movement to wake the authorities working in CIDCO administered area to solve our problems. Regards, Salim Pawane

This is one more instance of how CIDCO play with peoples lives. At first, they promise all facilities to attract people, once people put their hard earned money in the place, they are left at the mercy of Fortune. Taloja is a classic instance of this. Power is erratic, no police presence, no approach roads, the stopped Bridge work is for all to see, God only knows when CIDCO wakes up to its real duty of serving the people, not getting served by the people, Is the newly elected BJP government listning?

Sir, I am the resident of SEAWOODS Sec.50 E Plot No. 65 Building SILVER CASTLE behind our building there is a stretch of creek which is constantly spoiled by the builders by throwing the building materials or the near by lanes shops are dumping the waste there thru which the bad smell comes out when there is a low tide so kindly there should be a check by the authorities so the natural beauty of the creek should not be spoiled. Moreover the labours working in these areas are also defecating near creek which again is a big health hazard for the people staying near the creek . Therefore the officials of these wards should have a check immediately and soon they should try to clean the dumping made by the people residing in these areas . Even the shopkeepers should be given warnings or kept fines for making the area dirty.

Hi, I have been a resident of Vashi and visit Vashi Plaza very often. Vashi Plaza is an old commercial building located in the heart of the city. However, this building does not have any fire safety equipments installed. There are no fire exit signs. A lot of office owners in the building have altered the structure and made it more dangerous. There is absolutely no maintainance. A lot of filth can be seen in and around the building. Condition is worse during the rainy season and is an open invitation to communicable diseases. I urge the authority to take cognizance of the problem and conduct an audit and take action against the concerned persons.
