Street lights near Shantaram Kaluram Patil Gate Morave Gaon sector 3 ULWENODE NAVI MUMBAI not working since many days.There is total darkness at night which causes very uncomfortable for the people of Morave Gaon to walk through this area.

Applied for cidco lottery for in EWS scheme on 24/02/2022. and paid amount Rs. 75280. Results were declared on[protected] . Till date the refund amount is not being received in my account yet. My application number is [protected].

Ulwe Sector 10 street lights are not working for past several days and it gets pitch dark post 630pm . can someone look into this and take action. there are Nefarious activities happening on the road because of this.

I'm a resident of Ganga Ornate, Kharghar, Sec 30, Owe Village. Earlier in the society we were getting water supply 24hrs. But since the 1st week of October we are facing a lot of shortage in water supply. Our society tank doesn't even fill half due to which we are getting water only for half an hour early in the morning. I have a small baby of 1 year old it becomes very difficult for me to wash clothes, utensils, cook and take care of the baby all at the same time because of the shortage of water. It's a humble request plz look into this matter and kindly resolve our issue. Thank You

I would like to bring to your notice, Near Pendhar metro stn, Cidco has allotted a garden plot, which is not developed and still work has not been started long time. For your kind information this garden plot, lots of snakes coming from the garden & looks very horrible in night...

Address of the property :- Plot no.245-4 and 245-7, Behind Shikara Hotel, Behind Grace Homeopathic Clinic, Sector-22, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai-400705.

Local people are developing Illeagal huts on this land. These people have started setting up of illegal business on this land. They have also started construction within the hut so that other should not see it from outside.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and order can be maintained in a good society developed by CIDCO.

Below is the message received from CIDCO on 7th Oct about the water supply shortage .It no where states when to expect full water supply . If the repair is for 2 days (7-8 Oct) why the water supply is less and with low presure even on 11th of Oct no one knows.This has been happening since May 2022. Every month the second week has water cut for 7 days and it is a big invonvenience .The information in the CIDCO notice below is very misleading and incomplete .

“Due to urgent repairing works of pipeline there will be no supply of Water from 07.10.2022 8.00am to 08.10.2022 10.00am at KAMOTHE Node. The water supply will be resumed with less qty & low pressure on 08.10.2022 onwards. Inconvenience is regretted. CIDCO Ltd.”

THIS IS TO INFORM THAT, CIDCO FILE NUMBER 644 BELAPUR, THERE HAS BEEN A FORGERY WORK DONE BY SOME CIDCO EMPLOYESS, MY OLD SURVEY NUMBER, 67/1, 68/B2, . 68/B3, . WADGHAR (CHINCHPADA) ACCQUIRED BY CIDCO, TOTAL AREA IS 10 acre and above, but cidco only gave us 1500 MTR plot at karanjade sector 7, plot no 87, , the rest of the balance land has been transferred on other person name, how is it possible, this is a very major issue and i have sent a copy to all government sectors of land departments in delhi and Maharashtra etc . If my issue is not solved I will file a PIL in high court and supreme court.

To CIDCO MAHARASHTRA ESTATE SECTION NEW PANVEL, I tried several times at least 10 times to pay on line service charges for my house at New Panvel plot 5, road 9, sector 19, New Panvel, but when we click " PROCEED to PAY " web site GETS DEAD. PLEASE LOOK. I HAVE RECEIVED LETTER FROM ESTATE DEPT, I AM AT OUT STATION. PL GIVE FEED BACK TO FOLOING TEMPORARY ADDRESS: BY SPEED POST, B3 / 1104, GANGA LEGEND, DSK RANWARA ROAD, BAVDHAN, PUNE 411021, ALTERNATIVELY CIDCO TO GIVE OTHER MODE LIKE NEFT PAYMENT BY SENDING BANK DETAILS, AC NUMBER AND IFSC CODE.

we are residents of the Road no2, sector 12 New Panvel (east) . Since last six months we are getting very inadequate water supply. We have complained to the concerned authority, but they are not giving satisfactory answers.
It is being very hardships for the residents who are having sick old persons in keeping hygiene also for the performing day to day personal activities.
Hope matter will be resolves asap.

I have buy a property in sector no 29 diamond chs 3 years ago but can not got transfer letter as original file is not in cidco office I have paid all dues of cidco nothing pending i visited vashi office more than 50 times but no meaning I have taken loan from private lenders and now i m in a situation very tense i want to take loan on my house and want to repay the loan But more than 3 years i m not getting cidco transfer letter
Please help me regarding this or guide me or give me any ones contact number who can help me regarding this

I chandravati kailashnath sonkar am winner of the covidyoddha lottery scheme and got the iradapatra for the same but due to utmost emergency, i have to surrender the tenament as my mother is not well. She is suffering from cataract, piles and rhmato arthritis and she has to be gone through the respective surgical operations. For that I am in urgent need of money. I am requesting you to transfer the full amount which I had deposited with you i.e. Rs. 250000 because we are not in a condition to bear a single penny right now as I am the only person in family who earns. My father is passed away three years ago. My mother has only me to take care of her mentally and financially. Kindly See to the attachement for her medical reports and do the needful at the earliest as I am in a urgent need of fund for my mother's operation.
I mailed them ten times recalling for waive of admin charges, i talked too with Mr. Shriniwas moklekar, he assured me to waive the charges due to medical emergency but they cut the charges.
Admin charges of Rs.5900 is very big amount for me. I want my money as i am very urgent need of fund but i didn't get any response regarding this.
I have requested for not to deduct admin charges as i am not in a condition right now to bear loss of a single penny as my mother have to go through two operations for which I am in a need of funds as i am the only person who earns. Kindly waive the admin charges and refund the same.

Street light at plot 179A opposite Sai Pooja CHS keeps switching on and off every one minute.

My name is Haribhau Kalwane. I want permission for construction of my home at plot no. 220, gut no. 117, waluj mahanagar 2, Aurangabad. Officer 'Gorakhnath Chavan' is not cooperating in the same. Permission is pending from 11/08/2022. Not receiving my calls. Please help me.

There has been a continuous water cut since 22nd Aug '22 in sector 10 Khanda Colony (Sai Sadhana CHS). Today is the 4th day. First 2 days, there was no water at all, yesterday the water came for a very brief period at night & today without any warning the water was stopped at 9 AM itself. Despite complying with everything such treatment is given to the residents. It is really inconsiderate and is creating a lot o[censored]nwanted chaos & hampering our daily tasks.

Request you to look into this & resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We have faced more then 24hrs power cut in the area...what the hell is it??????
Whenever its been asked what happened...always the same answer 'big fault'
Why can't they do accurate proper work of cables ...so that no electricity issues come in focus always...fed up of electricity issues in taloja phase 1😡
