I Pooja Amit Mishra presently working in private company. I have applied for CIDCO Flat Lottery held in August 2022 and my lottery application no is [protected]. I have won the lottery and have been allotted Flat in LIG scheme at S_36_TALOJA_PLOT NO.1 in Bldg no. L-01. But due to financial issue, I will not be able to continue with the further procedure.

Hence, I have surrendered my tenement on 23rd Jan'23. Now it is approx. one month passed, but no refund processed. Request you to help me in getting refund.

Subject : Illegal Construction as well as encroachment of CIDCO Property

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments cropping up at CIDCO Property on Patni ground in front of CAPGEMINI company in TTC Industrial area, Airoli.

These people are developing illegal huts and shops on Patni ground. These people have started with one hut with OMINI Car. Attaching photos also you will come to know its development.

Since this is SEZ area many MNC's are here. Everyday international clients are visiting this are. Because of this very bad impression created.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and Order can be maintained in a good society developed by CIDCO.

We have pay 75000 rupees in Dec' 22 as a EMD amount & CIDCO day by day extended the date of Regiatration/Payment/Draw the lottery why they stuck our EMD amount if they have not proper management than why they issue the lottery system why we common people suffering bcs of them.

I have been applied for AUG 2022 MASS HOUSING LOTTERY vide application [protected]. On 18 Dec 22, i had surrendered the tenement, it's 1month passed but refund not yet received

Water is not supplied regularly in Sector 9 Khanda Colony, New Panvel West Navi Mumbai Plot 52 for the last 25 months. Since Dec 2020 every week on Monday and Tuesday there is no water supply citing no reasons. Overall there was no water supply for 9 days in Dec 20, 8 days each in Jan 21 and Feb 21, 10 days in Mar, 11 days in Apr, 15 days each in May and Jun, 5 days in Jul, 6 days in Aug, 2 days in Sep, 3 days in Oct, 1 day in Nov, 2 days in Dec 21, 1 day in Jan 22, 1 day in Feb, 3 days in Mar, 2 days each in May and Jun, 3 days each in Jul, Aug, Oct and Nov 22, 5 days in January 23 amounting to 121 days of no water despite there being sufficient water available in the other societies in the vicinity during the same period. This is deliberately done by MJP, CIDCO, PMC and the Society to harass the residents time and again and to torture them. Residents pay high Society maintenance charges regularly well before the due date as they can't afford to pay 21% interest. For deficiency of service the Society must refund 30% of the maintenance back to the residents with 21% interest. Cidco service charges are still levied by the society as Service Charges despite the residents already having paid property tax from Oct 16 to Mar 22 including water charges for these 5.5 years. PMC should refund the amount to residents for water supply not provided proportionately during these 5.5 years. The Society does not arrange for any water tankers to resolve the issue during those days. The residents appeal to the Honourable Prime Minister and Registrar of Cooperative Societies to initiate a CBI enquiry and take stringent action and necessary steps immediately to refrain CIDCO, PMC, MJP from imposing illegal water cuts and direct the Society to refund 30% maintenance with interest to the residents and take steps to redress the impending grievances and resolve them permanently

But service charge still showing overdue. Please do needful.

CIDCO parking lot for 4 wheelers are looting public with unauthorized charges. CIDCO approved fare is Rs10 (round figure) for every 4 hours. But the parking people are charging Rs.30/- for half hour.
The fare of Rs.30/- as charges is mentioned no where on the notice board of the parking lot or on the receipt. The receipt seems to be fake and not authorized by CIDCO.
We as public are ready to pay if the new fares or the actual fare is mentioned on the receipt.
When asked why charging extra, the parking guys say don't get your car from next time onwards. I think the authorities need to do a check on this and stop such illegal activity.

We don't feel our vehicles safe in such parking bay any more.

For august lottery, I haven't received the refund yet. Why there is delay??
I need funds as early as possible since 2 months passed by but no action.

Dear Team,

I have visited grand central mall and parked my vehicle in seawood railway station parking. And observed that no one has been wearing any uniform or dress code but they are collecting money from bike and car owners. Parking employees should be wear the same dress code. It will be easy for vehicles owner to identify them. Right now we are not able to identify them who is the parking owner and employee.

So request your support in getting the above query addressed.

I have visited Belapur railway station parking and it has observed that the parking area is not cleaned properly. Everywhere there is some trash, garbage and dry waste are lying. If you are charging the parking money from vehicle owners then the parking area should be maintained clean and tidy. But the area is surrounded with junk, scrap and dried grass.
If any fire incident took place or any mishap happens to the vehicles who will be taking the responsibility.

Just to inform/highlight there was a fire incident which took place in Mansarovar railway station parking area and many vehicles got damaged due to fire.

I have submitted a cancellation request for my application number [protected] on 7-Nov-2022 and again on 1-Dec-2022.
Still not receive my refund amount or a single communication or reply from CIDCO authorities.
HELPLINE NUMBER :[protected] have to tried for hours to connect on this

I received notice from CIDCO Navi Mumbai dt 16/11/2022 no. CIDCO/Vasahat(Washi)/2022/527 and 528 and after receipt of the same I sent written reply by RPAD on dt 24/11/2022. But your respective office refuse to accept the same and it received back to me with remark "REFUSE" which is very surprising to me. I am also trying to call respective department on phone number given on website but no one answer the same.
Therefore I am filling this complaint and attached herewith my reply. Kindly consider my reply to notice dt. 16/11/2022.
