I have applied for cidco lottery 2022 and was not a winner i am waiting for my refund since there

I haven't received any update on it and when ever I call customer care they say it will be deposited in a week.its almost a month now

I have applied to CIDCO Mass lottery Draw Dated 08 April 2022, & I've not received lottery EMD Refund Amount INR. 75000.00 in my registered a/c of bank.

It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 15 days from the date of lottery draw for an applicant who is not winners of the scheme. Since past 20-21 Days in the payment status, it is reflecting as a refund in the process and doesn't change....

We have got very much water bill this month

I am one of the winner of the CIDCO 2022 as for document verification annexure A ( applicants acceptance letter ) format is not available. So kindly help me out with the same so that i can proceed further. Thanks

We all residents of solanki residency plot no. 7 navade phase 2, we are suffering much problems due to no water supply in our premises because of low pressure . This problem is since 25th march 2022. We all contacting to Cidco authorities, sending online complaint, phone calls, but no any action taken by your side. We are totally frustrated on you & your system who are totally irresponsible. Kindly look & restore our supply as before 25th march 2022. Kindly take it seriously & be responsible for the public problems. Don't harass anymore to us & restore our supply within a week, otherwise you will be the responsible for a big mass movement.

Kindly restore & continue the supply of water as we was getting before 25th march 2022. We are Compelled to drink bore well water or buy packed drinking water from outside just because of your insensitivity. Once again we request to all of you that kindly restore our supply of water to take an immediate action.

Money did not get refunded after lottery result
I had applied for cidco lottery 2022. I paid 75000/- but I did not win. Cidco promised to return money with in 15 working days but still I did not recive it. kindly refund my money.please provide the guidance such issue. My aplication no is: [protected]. applicant name is: Krishnakant Jaiswar

I am from Sector 17 Kamothe, facing water issue since last week, the worst shortage never faced in Mumbai too.
No updates from CIDCO till when the shortage will be there.

Dear Sir, This complaint is regarding water supply CIDCO officials (Kamothe area), I belong to the Drishti Kiran CHS Ltd., from October 2021 we are facing water supply problems. In the month of February 2022 we had spoken to CIDCO officials in water supply department and were assured the water supply will be improved but now the situation has gone worst. We are now receiving water only on alternate days that too for 3-4 hrs with low pressure.
For a society of 21 flats we are able to get only ~11, 000-14, 000 litres of water for a two day operation. This is less than 300 litres per flat per day. We request you to please resolve this issue.

Kindly update. We are facing so much problems without water.
One Month gone but no any solution from your side. All residence of Solanki residency Plot no 7 Navade Phase II are facing many problems. & you still doing total irresponsible behavior since one month. Not giving water in specific force so that we cant get water in our premises. May i know that how much time it will take to restore our water supply as before 25th march. We are not getting any response from your side after so many complaints. Kindly solve water problems soon.

Sir, I am a member of Ashirwad Apartments Association JN - 3 type, situated at Sector 9, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703. This condominium consists of 10 buildings of ground plus 3 floors . Each floor has 4 flats. Total flats in the compound are 160. Out of the total number of 40 ground floor flats approx 95% of the flat owners have illegally extended their flats thereby encroaching on the area of the compound. The matter was brought to the notice of the Managing committee Chairman ( Mr.Subhashchandra Uchil ) who refuses to take any action in this matter. His contact number is [protected]. According to the managing committee, this matter of encroachment does not pertain to the association and CIDCO / NMMC is the authority to look into the matter and catch the defaulters. Therefore, it is requested that please take urgent legal action against the members of the ground floor flats who have illegally encroached on the compound association area. Kindly demolish the encroached area of CIDCO, so that others will not follow the way of the defaulter members. Thanking you,

Has not received water from cidco since 18th march 2022.
We have to call for water tanker.

Kindly help us as this has stretched too far and how can the people survive without water.

No water supply restored since 25th march till now. A gentle Request to higher authorities that kindly look in this major issue & solve it on priority.

Resident of Nirmal Sagar CHS in Ulwe, Plot No. - 259, Sector - 03. There is no water supply available on a daily basis since last year.

This is a SERIOUS ISSUE.

So we are requesting you to please look into it on priority basis and resolve the same at the earliest.

I am about to purchase new home in Airoli Navi Mumbai, here in Navi mumbai person has to do 2 registration which are as follows. Municipal corporation and cidco. My municipal corporation registration done and then I have submitted the papers to register the same in CIDCO office Airoli, Navi mumbai 400708 on 23rd March 2022. By the time i submitted my application, it was announced that current officer is transferred and new will be assigned the task to take over.

Since then I am waiting and no one has turned up for replacement in CIDCO, i have been waiting for registration and loan disbursement will happen after that. Till the time I won’t get possession.

Kindly look in to this matter urgently, as I am in lambing to buy this property since last 7-9 months and it will be delayed more due to this.

May I know that how much more trouble we have to face because of no water in our area. Can We expect a reply & Solution of this major problem. Today Is 11th Day of Without Water but no response from your side.
