Money did not get refunded after lottery result

I am from Sector 17 Kamothe, facing water issue since last week, the worst shortage never faced in Mumbai too.
No updates from CIDCO till when the shortage will be there....

Dear Sir, This complaint is regarding water supply CIDCO officials (Kamothe area), I belong to the Drishti Kiran CHS Ltd., from October 2021 we are facing water supply problems. In the month of February 2022 we had spoken to CIDCO officials in water supply department and were assured the water supply will be improved but now the situation has gone worst. We are now receiving water only on alternate days that too for 3-4 hrs with low pressure....

Sir, I am a member of Ashirwad Apartments Association JN - 3 type, situated at Sector 9, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703. This condominium consists of 10 buildings of ground plus 3 floors . Each floor has 4 flats. Total flats in the compound are 160. Out of the total number of 40 ground floor flats approx 95% of the flat owners have illegally extended their flats thereby encroaching on the area of the compound. Muskaan Corner Taloja, builder completed 90%work & stopped work.
Owners got together completed the work and started living in said building without oc since 2018.society registration done.earlier due to corona lockdown oc was not applied.now society is starting application for oc.
But cidco is asking to vacate the building for oc process.else pay 2 crore to get it done with out vacating.

I would like to draw your attention to the irregular supply of water in our building. There is no sufficient amount of water provided to our building whereas the neighboring buildings have a proper water supply. This issue of irregular water supply is going on for more than 1 year.
