Hi,

I have applied for CIDCO flat lottery held on Oct 2, 2018 and won the lottery but due to financial issues I have to step back and applied for refund on November 15, 2018 by submitting surrender/cancellation letter in person to marketing manager on 3rd floor Raigad bhavan Belapur.

It was conveyed that the refund will be initiated within 45 days but nothing has been received so far after more than 45 days.

I got my refund today after nominal deduction Rs 1000 as mentioned in refund document.
City & Industrial Development Corporation [CIDCO] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I won the lottery but I want surrender tenement. But option is not available on nivara Kendra & cidco site. I call on[protected] but no answer. How can I surrender tenement ?

Also tell me where to get surrender document?
I had won the lottery but I dont want to surrender at all still SURRENDER option is shown under ACTION tab, kindly help me out with the reason for the same.. Thanks
