Subject: Request for Waiver / Reduction and Recalculation of Delayed Payment Charges (DPC)
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Rajendra Prasad Surya Prakash Rao Mataprathi, respectfully submit this representation seeking waiver / reduction / recalculation of Delayed Payment Charges (DPC) levied in my account in relation to my CIDCO allotment.

As reflected in the payment details available on the portal, DPC amounts have been levied against multiple instalments and the cumulative financial burden has become substantial.
I respectfully request consideration of the following:
1. The delay, if any, was not intentional and there was no intention to default on payment obligations.
2. Instalment payments have substantially been completed and I remained willing to comply with payment requirements.
3. I request CIDCO to provide the complete DPC calculation sheet, including:
o Instalment-wise due dates;
o Actual payment dates considered;
o Delay period calculated;
o Rate of DPC applied;
o Formula and basis of calculation;
o Applicable circular / policy / authority under which DPC has been levied.
4. I request verification whether the DPC has been correctly calculated after considering actual payment credits and payment history.
5. I request consideration of any waiver / reduction / relaxation / condonation policy available for genuine cases.
6. Considering the substantial amount involved and circumstances of payment, I request sympathetic reconsideration and reduction of the DPC liability.
In view of the above, I humbly request CIDCO to:
a. Waive or substantially reduce the Delayed Payment Charges (DPC); or
b. Recalculate and revise the DPC demand; and
c. Issue a reasoned speaking order along with the detailed computation sheet.

I assure my cooperation and undertake to comply with legitimate dues as finally determined.
