I have applied to CIDCO Naina lottery Draw Dated 29 November 2023, & I've not received lottery EMD Refund Amount INR. 4000.00 in my registered a/c of bank.

It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 15 days from the date of lottery draw for an applicant who is not winners of the scheme. Since past 20-21 Days in the payment status, it is reflecting as a refund in the process and doesn't change.

Sir, This is with reference to above referred subject matter, where I have raised a complain to PCMC, Panvel for un-authorised construction at Flat-803, Payal Heights CHS Ltd., Sector-19, Plot-93, Kharghar. Accordingly, letter has been issued by PCMC, kharghar to CIDCO office to look into the matter and for necessary action. All details are enclosed with this letter.
However, no action has been taken so far and the owner of Flat-803 has carried out illegal extension of balcony beyond approved design even after issuance of Society notice and PCMC letter.
It may please be noted that similar works have been carried out by few other society members, mostly Management Committee members (Present and past) and this encouraged other members to do illegal extension of balcony & grill.
Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and initiate action to stop such illegal work within housing society.

As owning a clinic in sector 3 area, the sector has utmost poor maintainance of roads and garbage disposal. Scrap dealers usually dump around the area making it impossible for public usage of bus stops. The middle sector of the road which has a divider has no plantations and filled with garbage causing increased mosquitoes dwelling and increasing the cases of infection.

Dear Sir,
We have noticed a scrap dealer in front the Plot of Lakhanis Exotica Sector 2 running his business since last 2 years and dumping all waste and debris in and around the area making it difficult to use the bus stop nearby. The drainage channel is also blocked with waste from the nearby meat and fish vendors and also from the construction site. It has become a breeding ground for the mosquitoes and and air is also pollutted due to burning of rubber and other waste material. We request the Authority to take cognizance of the situation and take necessary action against the persons responsible for the act.

Shop owner Mr Rajkumar Vaishya [protected]Shop no 4&5) has done encroachment and modified his shops beyond the approved layout.He has occupied almost 200 Sq ft extra.Many other members of the said society Shri padmakar Bharmbhe...Shri Bhosale...Shri Inderpal Sethi...And Flat no 203 Owner and many more have also extended their flats illegally.The above mentioned person's are Chairman and secretary of the society...Pl take action against the shop and flat encroachment.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue of irregular water supply in our locality Karanjade All Sectors. The residents of all building and the surrounding area have been facing this problem for quite some time now. Despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken to resolve the issue.

The water supply is erratic, and we are not receiving water on a regular basis. The timings are odd and short, and all the residents are not able to save enough for the day. Moreover, the quality of water is also poor, which is causing health problems for many residents.

I would like to request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take steps to ensure that we receive regular and clean water supply.

Water is not supplied regularly in Haware Vrindavan Tower ABD CHS Ltd in Sector 9 Khanda Colony, New Panvel West Navi Mumbai Plot 52 for the last 34 months. Since Dec 2020 every week on Monday and Tuesday there is no water supply citing no reasons. Overall there was no water supply for 9 days in Dec 20, 8 days each in Jan 21 and Feb 21, 10 days in Mar, 11 days in Apr, 15 days each in May and Jun, 5 days in Jul, 6 days in Aug, 2 days in Sep, 3 days in Oct, 1 day in Nov, 2 days in Dec 21, 1 day in Jan 22, 1 day in Feb, 3 days in Mar, 2 days each in May and Jun, 3 days each in Jul, Aug, Oct and Nov 22, 5 days in January 23, 1 day in April 23, 3 days in May 23, 6 days in Aug 23, 1 day in Sep 23 and 9 days in Oct 23 amounting to 141 days of no water despite there being sufficient water available in the other societies in the vicinity during the same period. This is deliberately done by MJP, CIDCO, PMC and the Society to harass the residents time and again and to torture them. Residents pay high Society maintenance charges regularly well before the due date as they can't afford to pay 21% interest. For deficiency of service the Society must refund 30% of the maintenance back to the residents with 21% interest. Cidco service charges are still levied by the society as Service Charges despite the residents already having paid property tax from Oct 16 to Mar 24 including water charges for these 7.5 years. PMC should refund the amount to residents for water supply not provided proportionately during these 7.5 years. The Society does not arrange for any water tankers to resolve the issue during those days. In Mumbai City, there are no such water cuts imposed by BMC. Cidco stops water supply citing maintenance. All these 34 months, the residents want to know what maintenance has been done by stopping water supply. Is it a case of supplying water to Mumbai City or somewhere else at the cost of the residents living in the suburbs or MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region)? Residents living in MMR also pay the same rate of tax as levied in Mumbai City. It was the Maharashtra government which encouraged residents to shift to Navi Mumbai (Vashi to Panvel /Airoli) to reduce congestion in the city. Now even after so many years there are no basic amenities for the residents.The residents appeal to the Honourable Prime Minister and Registrar of Cooperative Societies to initiate a CBI enquiry and take stringent action and necessary steps immediately to refrain CIDCO, PMC, MJP from imposing illegal water cuts and direct the Society to refund 30% maintenance with interest to the residents and take steps to redress the impending grievances and resolve them permanently.

The roads in our area have not been repaired for the past 2 years. It is so miserable with so many pits and breakages that it is always a danger to the traffic. Vehicles can not run smoothly. Accidents have become very common in this area. The school children and aged people are facing a lot of problems. During the rain, water stagnation and potholes on the roads make it tough for motorists to drive in such poor conditions.

I am resident of bhagshree sector 40 no cleaning and house keeping done on regular basis cleaning and garbage staff coming in 3 days to collect garbage when I complain to local team no response from them and saying that it happened like this only

It was conveyed that the refund will be initiated within 45 days but nothing has been received so far after more than 5 months. Every time we call, we get the same response stating it would be processed this month end. Highly in need for money. Request someone to please help in refund of amount 75000

My wife had applied for CIDCO Diwali flat lottery held on 2022 and won the lottery but due to financial issues We have to step back and applied for refund on May 17, 2023 by submitting surrender/cancellation letter on online Nivara Kendra Portal.
It was conveyed that the refund will be initiated within 45 days but nothing has been received so far after more than 5 months. There is no action taken yet. Every time we chase, they say it would be initiated this month end. We are in need to urgent money. Hence had to cancel the allotment. Please help.

There is low/no water supply issue in sector 18 kamothe from 2 3 months, it is getting worsen day by day, also its difficult to survive in such a circumstances.
CIDCO should take take of this, it seems we are living in rural area.
Please resolve this critical issue as early as possible.

I'm resident of Simran Heights CHS LTD plot no -33 Sector-19, Ulwe the garbage collection truck comes to our street but doesn't pick up garbage from our society since last 2 days.
It is very difficult for the disposable
Of garbage .

Our society is full with 46 flats with family it unhygienic to place the bins in our society, they are becoming home for mosquitoes and rodents
Please look into this matter and
please solve the problem.

Also requesting you to send the garbage collector van every day as we are 13 floored building garbage collected is more.

Dear Team,
I am the winner of January, 2022 Cidco lottery. We have paid all installments as given by Cidco by February, 2023. As per Cidco's official commitment given, we were expected to get possession of Winning FLAT (Sector -34, Plot No-6, Taloja).

Now we at July 2023 end. But still neither possession is given to us nor any notification provided on tentative date by when we can get the possession.

We are paying Home Loan EMI on money paid to Cidco as well as staying on rental FLAT where we need to pay rent also.
Additionally, Schools for year 2023-24 already started and we are not able take admissions of our childrens to schools. Please took this matter very seriously. Let us know if any additional information required from my end.
