We, the residents of Sector 19B, plot no. A9 & A10 through this letter, want to draw your attention to the poor sanitation in the locality. The sanitation situation in our area is very bad. Heaps of dirt are piled up on the side of the roads. Drains are blocked everywhere, due to which dirty water spreads on the road and mosquitoes start breeding in it. There is a risk of fever, malaria etc. diseases. It’s almost 10 months now we are contact respective persons they are also visited the site so many times but still we are facing the problems.
Therefore, you are requested to inspect our area and take appropriate action for cleaning drain and permanent arrangements.
I therefore, on behalf of our locality request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to the permanent solution.
