Please note I have initiated a property purchase in koperkhairane 12.5% plot sector-14. Where I have uploaded the documents on 8th March 2021 for transfer and mortgage Noc both, but still have not received any challan to pay transfer chargers.

Yesterday i.e 15th March 2021 I went to koperkhairane cidco office for formal enquiry about the transfer challan which I was expecting in the span of 6 days as per Cidco Annexure but when I went over they asked me for hard copy which I submitted and they told me it will take time as there are many files still pending for the same. Mr Dharma Bhagat told me that you have come now still there are many files in queue. Today being 16th March I again went to koperkhairane Cidco office but they didn’t even respond to me.

These people are not informing the exact date and time when I will be receiving the Mortgage Noc and Transfer Noc. There is nothing clear on paper that when and how will I receive the challan which I will be paying for transfer?

That’s a humble request to you. Please respond to me positively as the sellers family member is under medical condition and Cidco is not providing Noc because of which disbursement of the home loan is prolonged and we are facing so much. Now I am helpless because of koperkhairane Cidco people doesn’t listen to us and because of which we our facing tremendous psychological issues. Completely frustrated and irritated with the service and response of the people of Cidco.
