City Union Bank — Against rangarajapuram branch manager for that rough behave | |||
Date : 21.04.2017 Place : chennai Dear sir, Subject : the complaint against rangarajapuram branch manager regarding roughly speaking and behaviour like this. Today i went for cash withdraw though your bank cheque valasaaravakkam branch given by my client third party chq at payable all branches chq to your bank branch at rangarajapuram branch, kodamabakkam, chennai -24 at today 21.04.2017, time around 1.45 pm. 1st entered in your bank at branch at rangarajapuram then i asked in front sited officer “could i with draw the amount in this chq rs 2250/- third party chq non ac payee” then he bring the chq and see the amount then he asking me” what is your name “then i said my parthiba selvan. P, then officer said it’s ok name also correct And officer said anyway “write in chq back side your name and any one id proof number ‘ then give the cash counter. Then i done as per said officer and i gave the cash counter. The cashier issue the token no 50 in metal format Then cashier said wait for some time then he told me sign lightly mismatch in chq Then the cashier discussed with some senior manager and senior manager said me “the cheque scan and we will send to the particular branch (Valasaravakkam) and verified the sign and then send back again in this branch” then i agreed and i will wait Then senior officer scanned the cheque and sent email to the valasaravekkam branch and he also informed though phone also. I wait long time, then the senior manager again called to the valalsaravakkam branch and he replied me “valasaravakkam branch officer have some auditing work” Again i waiting long time Then senior officer tried many times to inform to the valasaravakkam branch then same reply came. Then he gave the chq return back to me and on that time around 3pm Now i asked to the cashier why hold this much of time around 1 houre 15 minuts and your are all waste of my time in my business. Now branch manager came You go to valasaravkkam branch Then i asked why long time waiting for me and already i asked to your branch officer then i came withdraw cash and i have payable at all branches? He told me very rough no.. No.. I not payable and also this branch allowed upto rs 25000/ Then i asked to him my withdraw amount is only rs.2250? Why not allowed for me long time waiting and why i wait long time for that? Then i asked to him why do write token number in front side of my party issued cheque and how can i will deposite in my bank about some token no 50 mentioned in my party issued me chq? Now he get angryed and behaviour like this rough and non professional way acted me Then he signed back in my chq back side. My main compliant Why he get angry? Why do like this very rough? Like street boy Why not he is not keep professional way? My client issued me chq also attached here And i request to you kindly action against the the branch manger Actually i went for your branch i will do some fixed deposit around 10 lacks And my existing fixed deposit nearly 6 lacks in state bank of india. Now your branch manager behavour like this. How can i come to your bank like branch manger like this? Parthibaselvan.
